Yes, It is human nature to treat attractive people  better then ugly people, male or female.

My father used to hire attractive women for positions that dealt directly with the public.  When I mentioned the questionable nature of that practice, his response was something along the lines of "I don't give a fuck".  His contention was that people are attracted to, and will do more business with people that they find attractive.  The sad part is because it was a great place to work, they've mostly stayed and time has converted it to something resembling a Curves workout.  He's long gone from there and business has suffered.  Nobody wants to be the one to say that he was a genius, lol.

Having inherited that part from dad, I find almost all women to be attractive.  Well actually, it's more like I don't see ugly ones.  They are virtually invisible to me.  I can't remember their names, I confuse them with other people, etc.  It's like ugly Alzheimer's for me.

I try very hard not to. I'm sure I fail often. You would need to consider the far ends of the parameter. I probably treat differently those wh fit into the farthest 1/8th of the left mean. I've had plenty of practice interacting with people who fit everywhere on whatever 'attractive scale' you are using. I've found that personalities are much uglier than outward aesthetics. Some of the most attractive women i've engaged were incredibly ugly inside. What you might consider unattractive or flat out ugly, I found to be with the most pleasant of personalities.

Studies show even women treat attractive women differently than homely babes.  In fact regardless of gender individuals tend to treat attractive people in a far more positive way than they do unattractive people.

But if I'm a selfish asshole that doesn't give a fuck about the lady I'm wanting to spend time with, I could look like Quasimodo for all she's concerned. Be a trifling punk ass bitch and she'd dread the day she answered my PM or WTF-ever.

I'll admit, I'm a vain MF. But I know ladies that might be heavier than my taste. Or some of my boys would give me shit about seeing.

But they don't know them like I know them. Their words. Their style. Their being. They're so sexy in their own right.

And it all stems from biological imperatives.  The first line of code in everyone's genetic makeup is propagate the species.  We look for attractive (which translates to healthy and fertile - to carry on our lineage) while the ladies look for power and money (which translates to the ability to protect and provide for them and their child).
