real photo: No          photo accurate: Yes

How did this happen? Can a photo be accurate if its not really the provider??

using photoshop methods of producing the photo.

I have to go along with you though, it does seem a contradiction in terms.

and truth be told, it's not as big a contradiction as you might think. If the reviewer, while conceding that the picture is not a "genuine' one of the lady, still thinks that the representation was accurate enough for him to not be disappointed, what better way to get that point?
