Of late I have noticed a disturbing trend when it comes to verification. I don't mind providing provider references, but an increasing number of providers are using third party services to verify clients. No problem, right? WRONG! No way in hell am I going to provide some stranger or website with my name, driver's license, business name and address, or worse yet PAY a third party to verify me. The legal risks are just as real for clients as for providers. As far as I am concerned, my name is Tiffany and I travel a lot. I wrote a provider that I'd supply the info if she would supply her real name and address as well. She declined. So did I.

I'm verified there, have 4 'OKs' from ladies I've seen, and they don't want your firstborn.

The site is really quite easy to hook up with.

Also on Date-Check, per a favorite provider of mine, and that was painless also.

But, it doesn't hurt to be on the boards also.

Put yourself out there. Contribute to the community and you'll find it's much easier to meet a lovely lady!

Stay away from any other place where you have to give them a credit card to be "verified"

It is in my opinion *safer* today to give your info to these companies than to be too easygoing about giving your persaonal info directly to providers.

If you are established on TER or one of the review sites and have a couple of memberships in the above, many top notch providers will see you without personal information.

Many OTOH will absolutely require personal info, and I certainly understand why - gents tend to behave a bit better when they know that providers know who they are, and, usernames being "fluid", real info is the only real way to warn others of problem persons.

Nonetheless, I do not see providers who requre real name / employment verification any more, nor do I use a phone that can be traced to the real me....

Establish yourself on the boards, and use(preferably) more than one of these verification sites.

Though, being a presence on these boards, I can say I sound like a total ass most of the time. But I like to think the ladies know it's just an act and I like to fuck around.

What can I say? I might be getting older, but I refuse to grow up!  

That being said, it is much easier to talk with these wonderful ladies when they know *who* I am and infact the ones I've seen have either 'OKd' me on P411, Whitelisted me here, or even wrote their own reviews about me on another site.

Problem with that one is that the biggest drinkers here-on would be coming from many 'miles' away. I have business which keeps me tied to my 'region' at least.

you seemed to have missed most of what he wrote.  He was concerned about a trend seen with MANY providers.  They want you to go thru a third party to be verified.  Many even have sign up forms right on their web sites.  WTF?  Do they get a kickback for referrals?
Of course you scope right in on a statement he said he made to ONE provider, which was not the message the OP was trying to get across. Of course being wrong, or uninformed has never stopped you from making ludicrous comments in the past, so why start now?

As for the OP, I totally agree.  I would not hand the type info asked for to any third party, or any first party for that matter.  There are too many quality providers who do not need your entire life, job, and financial history to bother with those who do.

From what i have come to understand(from a mutual friend),if YOU were to accompany US our chances of 'convincing' our wonderful POTUS would increase TEN-FOLD.
