Would You Help A Provider Commit A Crime?

Disclaimer:  The following will get a wee bit wonkish. (say it with a Scottish accent please)

There is a Provider (probably late 40's/early 50's) lives in a gentrifying area of town in a house split up into several apartments.  My shitty apartment in college was better than this place.  But anyway, she charges $140 an hour.  I thought about telling her to up her rates (for the services she provides she should - CIF, CIM, anal, slight spanking, willing to wear collar/leash - my personal favorite).

Anyway, several weeks back she asked me if the bank was hiring (I share way to much fucking information).  I hate when I get this fucking question because all I can do is say go the website that's your best shot:)

I think she was starting to hit me up for a loan (wanted to know if I ever prepaid for services).  Sorry, hun I love the kinky shit but RT is not a borrower nor a lender.  I took pity on her.  Can't be easy being middle aged and living in those conditions.

DILEMMA

Now, there is a way to claim "insurance - not really consumer insurance but something close to it" money from a certain industry without being caught.  I know this because my group handles the escrow funds for these companies.  When I first became aware of this I thought what's to stop someone from just filing a claim?  Short answer there is not.  Only under certain circumstances.  One being if you claim a high $$$ amount the claim is scrutinized and if you can be traced to the finance industry (certain licenses).

Given that I have come to hate the fucking insurance industry.  If you only knew 1/2 the shit this industry does your fucking head would spin!!!!!!!!!!!1  There is a reason why a farm boy in Nebraska became one of the richest guys on the planet.

So, should I tell her about this "opportunity".  Believe me it can be done.  As long as she follows the rule of not filing too many or too big she should easily be able to get a couple thousand.

RT

P.S. For all you smart asses the reason why I have never done it is that as a FP my SS# is in several databases and the claims could be linked back to me.  Not worth it on my part.

I saw a provider.  Gave her the gift and we hummed for almost 2 hrs.

So there you have it.  I've helped commit a crime since it's illegal in America.  Misdemeanor though.

What you're saying sounds like felony but I'm smelling BS.

But I would not help someone commit insurance fraud.

In your situation it seems like I would just see her more, she does something that I really like. But to put myself (my reputation) on the line for anyone? Hell no! I've spent a lifetime building my name, my ex dragged it through the mud slightly but that's one of the many reasons she's my ex. Nobody else will ever get that opportunity again, period.

I didn't read your post (as usual), but I look forward to Roddy Tardwell falling for it, hook, line and sinker.  And I prefer your somewhat creative trolling to Turdwell's natterings.

But actually every lady I've ever seen I've only given her a donation for her time. Being the gorgeous stud that I am they always want to blow me, then cuddle with me then suck me, fuck me and then blow me again I'm such a fucking hunk, just ask me , I'll tell ya.

NO, it's a slippery slope & no upside.
I have no love for certain industries, especially ones who wanted taxpayer bailouts under the assumption that they'd pay it forward to their customers.  The same customers who are being forced into foreclosure instead of being allowed loan modifications so they might actually pay it back.  But all this is above my pay grade & telling her how to game the system makes you complicit in the crimes with no benefit, except that she'll roll on you when she does it one time too many.  Maybe you can get adjoining cells so she can blow you through the bars.
She has doubtless gotten a raw deal in life...  but you can not rescue her.  A gal I was fond of...  I saw her proceed to make bad choices which cost her money she didn't have.  I had to step back & suggest you do too.
See her as often as you can afford...

this because it is a situation I wanted to get an outside perspective(s).

I find it FASCINATING that someone could believe this is BS.  Who the fuck could make THIS up?

But hey man that's life.

Always will be haters out there.

What if you told her that there are certain tax deductions that if you don't cross a dollar amount, you won't get audited?   right or wrong for the "opportunity".

Steal $300 and you go to prison.  Steal $3 billion or $3 trillion, and get a pat on the head for being "too big to fail".

What's the harm or risk to you in providing information for educational purposes

Who wants to be a co-conspirator or accessory to a crime? All criminal acts (99.9%) is going to get caught. It is just a matter of time.

The general trend in America is to shoot/commit first and think about the consequences later.

Ego and vengeance is the order of the day

I believe seeing a provider constitutes helping her commitba crime in most of this country, usually called something like aiding and abetting prostition.
