Needless to say, we all have LE jitters time-to-time and it seems that LE strikes seemingly at random.  In my city (a big one), there are 'places' with a staff of providers, some even serve cocktails while one selects from among them, then the massage parlors, well, you got the idea-essentially the bordello still lives...there is even one which is modelled after the bordellos of the wild west..  A few have been routinely busted while others seem to continue without a hitch.  What's up here?  Is this a naive newbie question?  Is it still the same old story of which places 'pay off' LE and which don't...I have favored independent providers because (among many other attributes) they are not worth a LE bust, but a bordello...what a jackpot for LE and thus a bit of a worry for providers (a night in jail) and hobbiests (a night in jail and what ever exposure we don't need) alike.
How do they survive?

keeping cops, lawyers and judges in "your pockets" is a time-honored practice with bordello owners/operators

even better than having these men in your pockets, is to have them as regular clients! --- there's no better insurance against a potential bust and its subsequent legal complications

...but alas, in this big city (yes it is NYC), we had a mayor who claimed to clean it all up...thank goodness human nature prevails over Disneyworld.

Good question.  We have bust of providers every now and then in my city and most independents that do incall change there location every week or so.  However there is one operation that has been going on for over six years in the same location with two girls available at any given time.  The girls rotate and several are always on call.  All of us wonder how this keeps going without ever being busted.

If you go to Houston, incall parlors are more poplular than independent ladies.  Yes, the police do stop by on occasion but they seem to have better things to do than bust ladies and customers.

I'm not afraid to name the city because it is well known in Houston.  One of the places I have visited now has a big franchise with over six locations in town.  There are several with more than one location.  

To me Houston is the hobbyist "Mecca" when you consider price and selection.  Cities like Miami and LA have a lot going for them but they don't really compare to Houston.

Miami is under serious LE scrunity right now as the rest of the state because of baby bush the bible belt and big brothers re-elect.

I think I know of which franchise you speak of.  It sure seems too good to be true. I have been wondering how LE handles such a large and seemingly well know place. I am looking forward to visiting the area myself.

on the street.  If you check the reviews in Houston, you will find the name of the establishment - very fitting indeed for this hobby.

Here is some guy without a review to his name!!!! Asking why some places stay safe and others get busted. Who the hell is this guy, and why is everyone giving him answers??? If I was LE I would post some questions about the hobby, knowing that some  brain dead person is going to give me the answer.  

Come on people think before you answer, some of these are obvious.

I have been to one of the six locations of this franchise on at least three occasions.  It is so out in the open that even when seeing patrol cars in the area I didn't give it a second thought.

If you look at the boards that are popular for this area, you will find that the owner of this frachise often throws parties for the ladies and guys to get together for cocktails.  It is very much out it the open as far as I can see.  

I have tried calling one of the poplular brothels in NYC and found that they still have to be concerned about LE because they do screen you.  At any of the six locations in Houston, you can walk in without an appointment and see the ladies without showing ID. Who knows how long this will last but it is great right now.

When you review under one name and post under another you lose you creditability just because you have not reviews. I did not me to upset you, but aside from the obvious. I don't thank LE needs the answer's to your question.
