I did some research on wiretap cases. It looks like it is only authorized for prostitution if LE thinks you are dealing drugs or violence is involved. If another provider talks about drugs I recommend that you terminate the converstation. Same with clients who request drugs during a session.

the narcotics squad deals with prostitution b/c many SW deal with drugs and when I was arrested 2.5 yrs ago, I was let go after I spent time telling the LE that I was willing to take drug tests now and the future. They told me that prostitution was a 264 dollar fine and unless I was a real nuisance like a SW, they were more interested in the drugs.

I am quite sure they still check up on me which is why I ask clients not to review me unless I haven't been reviewed in a couple months.

"Abstruse" is a more definitive and apt a word to describe the language used, and they're written purposely so.
 The plethora of "Wars" waged on poverty, illiteracy, drugs, porn, terrorism etc over the last 50 years has afforded the Executive branch of our Gov't the opportunity to have libraries of vaguely written laws (codes) written to use at its discretion anytime a particular administration wants to tighten the noose on any particular sect of the population, industries etc. It is no stretch that if so desired the Gov't now possesses the legal tools and language to put 3/4 of the population in prison for obscure violations of a little known and loosely written laws hidden deep in these libraries.
The only reason the current administration has not taken full advantage of all the tools of indictment at their disposal against more of the population is that they are already fiscally encumbered with the cost of housing the 2,000,000 current incarcerates.
