All you have to do is use the "Ignore" function and (the really important part) DON"T reply or respond to any of his posts.  Really pretty simple.....  Trust me - he'll go away if you don't keep feeding him.  And-- the really brilliant part of this is that if he doesn't go away - it won't matter.  Think of this as community justice.  If TER won't do it - we will....

TER's official description of the Ignore feature (quoted below) is somewhat misleading. It is not limited to blocking just messages. It also blocks board posts. I am now blocking mtdewking. What more can you ask for?

Don’t ignore the "Ignore" feature -- it helps you create a list of users that you can block receiving messages from. To employ it, click the "Ignore Users" link located on the main Private Mail page. Enter those user names you want blocked and click "Accept". Each chosen user name is then validated and placed in your Ignore List. They won’t be able to send you anything as long as their name is there. To remove a name from this messaging limbo, click on it and hit the "Delete" button."
