My reason for posting on this site is to educate the hobbyists and providers that have never travelled to SEA (Southeast Asia) including LOS (Land of Smiles = Thailand) or even Mexico for the hobby.

Truthfully, BBFS is not as unsafe as people make it out to be. It's not quite as easy to get HIV thru vaginal sex as it is through anal sex, not even close. Plus we're assuming the girl even has HIV in the first place.  

Yeah, it is pretty difficult to get HIV via vaginal sex.

No HSV for me--and I've led a far from celibate lifestyle.  Can't say anything for sure about the ladies--although I would have to assume that the seasoned provider knows enough to take herself out of the game if having a flareup..

Having said all that:  I don't think there's any way I would ever go for BBFS from a provider, even if it was offered.  I hate condoms with a passion, but there's just too many things that can go wrong without them.  I remember when the buzz started on TER a couple of years ago about some women offering BBFS, and the whole concept just creeped me out...

You left out the number one issue, which is risk increases with numbers.
