I was thinking the other day why I got into the hobby scene.  One of the BIGGEST reasons was that I like to visit providers that enjoy anal.  In fact I only do two types of searches on TER.
1.  Anal with CIM  
2.  Anal with spit

The women who are into anal are nuts about it!  I mean one of my favorite providers doesn't even like vaginal sex.  She prefers anal because the sensation drives her wild.  She and others have told me the orgasm is much more intense with anal. So my question is why don't more providers like anal?  To me it is sort of like bungee jumping  - the fear is in the anticipation but the rush when you are on the ground is unreal!

Does anal sex cause the anal sphincter to become loose? Does anal sex cause anal incontinence? A nurse told a friend of mine that they are seeing more and more gay guys with anal sphincter problems.**********Apparently it can have that effect. Even if not total incontinence, it may lead to some leakage. I would guess that the extent of the damage might depend on the number of times a person had anal sex, and the size of the penis, though I don’t know that for sure.

I don't know why some don't like it I do believe if you can't relax you will have pain , no doubt in my mind . As for it being more intense honestly I don't know about it having more of an orgasm although I do not use a device of any sort .I love anal I find it to be very exciting but I think it is really my largest sex organ that makes it so hot for me , my brain.

a lot of these hpv 'studies' are paid for merk & it's marketing machine, the developer of the hpv vaccine, & they can direct the study for % to work in their favor....trying to expand the market form the cervix, to mouth & throat cancer in men & now anal, cumming soon...toe hpv for the foot fetishes....

I don't doubt that you can pick up HPV or anything else from anal as easily as threw vaginal sex . The risks should be about the same I would think. I don't feel it's a great comparison though I don't think anyone ever thought that the prosterior was immune to this or any other std. Use of saftey gear should reduce the risks equally as well .When going into the rain wear a rain coat. No sex regardless of location is going to be without any risk. Every profession has it's risks...this one poses risk to BOTH parties.  But if fear from these slanted "studies" are driving you to the point of total fear...find a new hobby!!!

Do what you want but don't fool yourself about the risks.  Anal sex is MUCH riskier than vaginal because the tissue is more delicate.  Higher risk of ANY health related infection.  And while medical studies are certainly manipulated and tainted HPV is very widespread problem.

All of this is totally true without protection. The risks as I said exsist I do not deny .There are risks related to anal or vagina sex if we find the numbers show that the incidence of std's is increased with anal then I suppose it is true but are they assuming that protection is being used?
Not liking it , suggesting one might have some sort of lack of control in the area is to me in my experience not something that has happened ever. I do not nor have I personally ever had any of the metioned problems  including but not limited to needing to plug , tampon or even think about any of the suggested problems . there are many many reasons why a provider may  not engage in anal with clients. some include:

she just may not like anal under any circumstances. easy to understand, for some women it is very painful and remains so no matter how many experiences they may have.

during anal sex a woman is placed in a very vulnerable position, it is very easy for things to go very wrong, and a provider may not trust that a client will be safe and careful.

std risks increase with anal sex, also condoms have a greater risk of breaking with anal.

and in my case, anal is a limit with my clients because i am married, and my Husband considers that to be an intimacy shared just between us, his special place where no one else can touch, etc.

it can be 100 different reasons and every provider has her own reason for doing it or not.
it does weaken your muscles and if you engage in anal sex you will find out in you latter years that it does leak out especially when you fart.

anyone who does have check up often should include this in their tests because it is not checked unless asked for.
