Hmmm... quite the enigma, eh?  Good.  Let's hope it stays that way.  I don't have a web presence, no reviews, no listings, no photos, no past; at least not one that I'll 'fess up.  ;^)  My retirements are all (3?) confirmed retirements.  When I finally come back out of my shell, it's always a fresh new start, a fresh new alias, and I've just settled into Florida a month ago.  I like to keep my tracks relatively well covered.  Safe... interestng... quiet.  I provide references and reviews individually as I need them from very well established hobbyists that everyone knows that have been around for years and years and years, right here in our own back yard.

It seems like many providers work for a certian period of time then take some time off and so on......

I was wondering how often does this happen????? Do you gals usually work for 2-3 months then take a month off ......

How many times have you temprarily retired and for how long????

that way, I don't feel tired and run down.

I have worked months on hand and what happens then is that I take a week off.

Too much work can be stressful.

Mostly for me, it's been moving around a lot with my real life career.  A lot of providers run a fully dual life, and sometimes the priority necessary for personal time and goals at times takes over the attention and time needed for escorting.  Most providers typically get 5-7 days off per month, though, if you know what I mean.  ;^)

Sometimes, it's unavoidable.  Stress is a huge factor if you're working high volume or long hours; sometimes you want to just chill for a while and coast on several regular clients for a bit to get mentally refreshed before going public again.  Like anything else, sometimes you just need to take a step back and get a little more balance in your life and come back with a second wind.  It does get tiring, and when you feel like it's losing steam, or getting too repetitive, it's good to take a breather every once in a while.

Some providers, too, will happen upon that "stalker" type, or have a bad experience, that will cause them to have to take a step back a bit and re-evaluate their privacy and discretion, and how publicly they are representing themselves.  Most providers escort secretively, and when you feel like someone close to you out of the loop is getting wind, it makes sense to take a break and restart with new and better-hidden trails.  A lot of providers need some "retirement time" for cosmetic surgery, too.  That type of stuff will take you off the market for weeks to months at a time.

Lots of reasons, and no one is in a rush to do this full time.  It can be ruinous to go non-stop for very long periods of time.
