"White List" was discussed. I have no idea where to locate it.

I assume it is like an "OK" or "Vouch"
that the hobbyist is safe. Does it have more power than P411 and/or Date-Check?

What meaning does "White List" have for you?

Look under "My TER" - "My Referrals". I perceive it as synonymous with P411 and D-C provider references.  

Now, what I would like to know is if there is a provider-only board where providers can exchange reviews of clients... like, he is gross/handsome, he is great/sucks in bed, he makes me laugh/yawn, etc... I'd pay to see what providers HONESTLY think about me (besides the ubiquitous "all clients are liars, cheats, yada-yada).

And Dude, could you drop the "Your thoughts IF ANY" tag line? It's redundant when you've already asked your question, and annoying since we all have our own thoughts.

Being on a White list can only be a good thing. I have had providers agree to see me simply because someone they knew "whitelisted" me.

I was on the white list before i joined TER it just means you are ok to visit. I helps with the more difficult providers when what to screen you like they are a FBI agent.

There is a provider only board.

...as far as being "white listed" on TER you can't be "white listed" before you are a member because you have to be a member to have a handle for the provider to white list.

The whitelist function helps with screening. But I usually have it disabled.
It's bad enough that everything I post could be cross referenced with my reviews.
I refuse to use an alias. So the least I can do is not show who has vouched for me when I decide to get drunk, and post something stupid.

An assclown like you should disable your whitelist function as well.
