Go with the flow , if she's working she'll let u know ! Also , the days of ladies sitting on restaurant bar stools is gone ! And who would know if she was ? The bartender , or host . If u want action , ask them . Also , tips are your friend !  They don't call him Action Jackson for nothing !

Don't treat it like it's part of this game.  If you want to play, buy her a drink and try having a real conversation.  Maybe she will, maybe she won't.  But cash is not a part of it.  Your only two possibilities there are offending her or getting arrested.  Oh, and embarrassing yourself.

In casinos . Alot of ladies are recognized and if your not a registered guest in good standing ? You could get hassled , I have seen it . And if you decide to meet by a bar and she is early and guys hit on her , security will ( in some places ) ask her to leave . But am I gonna proposition any woman in a bar ? Fuck No ! I know how it feels to be disappointed.
When I was seven years old.  No!  Eight.
All I wanted for Christmas was a new, red bicycle.
My favorite Uncle.  Uncle Alfresco.
Swore to me that he would buy me that bicycle.
I counted the days ’til Christmas.

Dead.
On the floor.

Plus, no bicycle.
