Have for about the last dozen yrs or so noticed a marked increase in the number of amateur "providers"  plying the trade, so to speak.  find myself hooking with what seems like an endless variety of youngish (20-30 yrs) girls who provide....in many cases at what is a virtually dirt-cheap rate.

Am wondering if other hobbyists had noticed this.....and.....wonder if this means I'm simply fixated upon twentysomething nubile hotties, while simultaneously "bargain-hunting."  Just curious if others were experiencing this phenomenon in their area(s).

And notice how so many of them are here today, gone tomorrow. One might get the impression that they thought it would be easy. Half of them don't seem to have a fucking clue what they're in for. I suppose it sounds easy in theory - lay on your back, spread your legs, get paid.  

Then when every other guy who walks through their door looks like Dick Cheney's ugly brother who forgot to use soap and wants a rim job, anal, pop with a facial, followed by cuddle time...they adopt the old addage - money isn't everything. Back to the cosmetics counter at Walgreens.    

The age range you suggest seems to go hand in hand with bargain rates. Mostly, I assume, they go by what they see other girls charging in the same advertising venue. Certainly, many of them are not aware of sites like this, or what services are expected of them at certain price points. Most want a lot for a little. And some, dare I say, cheat themselves by offering a whole lot at less than what they could be asking.  

To answer your question - if you have a dick and a pulse, you are probably going to be fixated upon 20-something, nubile, hotties (unless your name is Ted Haggart). And no one I know objects to a bargain - but ya get what ya pay for...usually.

Many have move their girls of the street into cheap motels with cell phones. This is one of the reasons that LE has turned a greater focus on websites.

I ask because I have been hobbying for two years now and I've been using TER as my insurance that I don't have a bad experience. I'm a big fan of youngish girls and I'd love to be able to save some money as long as I'm not putting myself at risk by going outside the safety zone of my TER-approved GFE's.

I think that BP is the worst!  I recently started advertising there and I get a variety of calls. From pimps to ghetto girls mad that I posted an ad lol.  Some of the ladies are even worse!  The prices are so cheap because their pimps must have a cut.  Sorry to be up front, but it is true.  Many of them use fake pictures to lure innocent hobbyists.  It's really a shame.  It's really getting to be another CL.  Many providers on BP (decent ones with real pictures and without pimps anyways), have drastically reduced prices.  An example $250 an hour to $150 an hour.  With that being said, some BP providers are great and some are not.  Just be aware  Happy hobbying!

I don't think there's any shame in bargain hunting.  This is a VERY expensive hobby.  I hate to say it, but there are a lot of wonderful women in here that are simply priced out of my range.  I can't use my own experience as a guide (since I hardly have any) but my theory is you probably get what you pay for.  So I guess I'll just have to continue settling for second best.

Stay right where you are. Many of the CL girls are moving to Backpage. Take a look, but just remember to do your research. And if she has no reviews, you probably should pass. Good luck

There are affordable gals here on TER with good reviews.  Don't put yourself at risk with unknowns.

In my home city there has been a flood of supposedly independent ladies.  They will show up all at once, all with the same phone number, all in the same part of town.  Then a week or two later they all leave at the same time.  Could be coincidence.  Could be a sorority initiation.  Probably is a pimpmobile tour bus.

I think there are several reasons:

1. The ECONOMY.  I think there are amateurs who come and go due to the economy -- maybe they just need a few bucks to make ends meet.  There's a lot of UTR stuff that goes on, too, not highly visible.  Some of these girls throw up an ad or two get a few clients and keep it UTR.   They are not high-volume, full time providers.  I personally know some "student" types who see clients on a sporadic basis, depending on their financial need.

2.  The CULTURE.  I also think with the post-MTV generation and the rise of materialism that even surpasses the desires of those in the '80s, younger gals who want to have fast cash are willing to fuck for it.  Why not?  Better than giving it away for free.  I think today's younger generation doesn't understand the concept of "hard work".  All the menial jobs are taken over by immigrants willing to work hard, and today's youth is more concerned about how they look and having their status symbols attained as quickly as possible for the least amount of work.  Who's gonna take a straight job at Mickey Dees for minimum wage when you can make $200 for an hour?  Especially if you're a semi-hot chick with a free spirit.

3.  GLAMORIZATION.   Rock Stars and Porn Stars seem to get equal billing nowadays.  I see ads on HX of gals who get into the porn biz and do a couple of flicks and calls themselves "Porn STAR".  Not even "Porn ACTRESS".    Fame is a drug like any other and many kids are HOOKED on it with the advent of reality TV shows, the glamorization of porn, etc.  If Jenna Jameson is a legit famous personality, why can't others go down that route?  Sex, drugs, rock'n roll!
