When to Save Water

and insist on it.  (You know who you are A 8o)

If I need to shower first, I always ask and if they demur, then that's fine.  I do understand about the hair and makeup issues.  (Note, they're going to get a bit messed up anyways if you do your job right.)

I just love some good soapy fun.

If they don't want to join me beforehand in the shower, there's always the clean up shower time for them to jump in.

If a client asks me to shower with him off the cuff the answer is nearly always no.

My usual hair and makeup would be destroyed; nevermind water touching either...the steam/moisture in the air would do the trick.

I don't shower with clients unless its something he expresses an interest in beforehand so that I can do shower-safe hair/makeup styling.

When they ask at the end of a session, I usually say no. 9 times out of 10, the guy will get turned on, and try to initiate another round, whether that was his original intention or not. I know it isn't his fault; the little head takes over and then my schedule is the last thing on his mind. Most of the post-game shower requests have been from the guys who I could not get rid of...the ones who wanted to stay and chat forever, or told me "oh, let's go to dinner and you can stay at my place tonight if you want," etc. I've made a few exceptions, and those were with men I knew were spent physically and who I could trust to respect my time.

Before playtime, I don't mind. Sometimes, it can be fun to get wet and slippery and there's always lots of giggling :-) My only objection would be if I had someplace to be afterwards, a dinner or something like that.

my answer unless I know you well is no.
First off I try to look my best and showering messes up hair make up shortens the time a great deal.
Thats just the basic answers.
Heres what made me decide to say no, I have had nearly every session that starts in the shower go over time if its a one hr session. And not a few minutes over but half hr over. If you want to pay me for my time sure, otherwise NO!
I have also had a few try to get carried away without the condom in the shower. Thats a big no no.
If I know you have been with you and am comfortable with you, Yes! Showers are hot!

Plus more accidents happen in the bathroom.

I was browsing over on the Newbie Board and saw the recurring issue of guys showering beforehand being discussed again. Nothing wrong with that at all. But my question is tangential to that.

If upon first meeting a guy, he excuses himself to take a shower, but then asked if you'd like to join him, how would you ladies take it?

a) Jackass wants me to ruin my hair and makeup!
b) Is he doubting I'm clean, or what is he trying to say?
c) We need to make it quick, before my hot water heater is empty (because I showered before he got here).
d) Mmm. Sudsy, slippery, squeaky clean fun! Sure.

I have shared some showers after the main event before leaving, and once upon arriving together from a social function, with someone I'd seen before. They have all been really positive experiences. What would you think about this on a first meeting? Would you want the guy to let you know of this desire before meeting, or would that scare you off? Assume, for discussion, that the guy genuinely wouldn't care about the lack of makeup and wouldn't ask this of women with really long high-maintenance hair.

All thoughts welcome. Thanks!

Ren'man

if i find that the lady is your type a) i take that as a negative. (cue up "you're so vain, you probably think this post is about you".) OTOH d) is something i associate with a really positive attitude.

I also almost always say no to the shower request... more-so for personal comfort reasons more-so than the hair thing.. although if my hair does get wet, it will take almost 2 hrs to air dry(I hate blow dryers), and a lot of woman don't just take showers and get on with their day, lol.. there's applying lotion and deodorant over again, not to mention make-up tends to run and smear in steamy situations.

Long time regulars, I have on occasion, but not too often.

I take a lot of time to prepare myself for a date.  Then to be asked as soon as you arrive to jump in the shower with you?!  No.  Not feeling it at all.  Matter of fact, it's kind of annoying.  (honestly)  I will do it at the end of a session every time I am asked.  On the other hand I meet plenty of guys who let me know ahead of time that they would like to shower together at the beginning of our session.  That works for me.  Some of these same guys prefer no makeup and me wearing just a towel or robe.  I already take a bath and shave everywhere before they arrive.  But I will admit, showering with a friend is a lot more fun.

So my answer is "a. Jackass wants me to ruin my hair and makeup!"  if given no notice that this is something you would like as part of our date.

My answer is "d) Mmm. Sudsy, slippery, squeaky clean fun!"  if you let me know ahead of time.

I agree on the attitude, but do understand their worry about how guys would view them in a natural state. Just because you and I might truly not care doesn't mean that others don't, even if they say they don't.

And for the record, the song that comes to mind for me is Singing in the Rain. To be pellucidly clear, I'm envisioning the Gene Kelly version, rather than Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange.

That is why I asked about advanced notice scaring you away. I think interpretations could vary between notice being helpful to avoid the jackass scenario and making you hesitant about someone asking for specific things beforehand. I have always wondered what is okay to discuss in terms of requests and what needs to remain unspoken and merely assumed by the guy based on reading reviews. I don't want to make anyone skittish. On a second go-around with a lady, I would have no problem just asking, but I'm curious about the initial session scenario.

And I completely understand the alias use and appreciate the honest answer. That is why I'm asking the follow-up.

Thanks!

A shower can be very erotic and could be considered one hot foreplay session even when the hot water runs out.  I  do enjoy this as part of a sensual redezvous and the playful fun you can have.

We all know cleanliness is next to godliness but it also can be very sinful with the right attitude

Showering with a friend to save water is always a great pleasure.  When first meeting for an hour session, I think it is in appropriate, unless she knows ahead of time.  Now after a nice long dinner date, as you come back to have dessert, it is a lovely idea.

In my case it has only been with ladies I have seen before, but that is me.

Often you can get a sense of the lady and if she might be willing by looking for clues.

As mentioned, check her hair and makeup. Some ladies obviously have their hair natural. If this is the case and it looks like it would dry easily, then she might be willing. If they haves lots of hair that is hard to dry, or it is fixed up, you know they're are probably going to be less interested, without prior notice.

Low volume indy ladies are also more likely as they will have time, or maybe no appointment, afterward.

Two examples (in DC) that I can think of are Apple and Ashley (from PureGF). Both ladies eschew makeup for the most part, and have somewhat short hair that isn't too thick, which they wear straight. As a result, their hair is very "wash-n-go".

It can be fun...

As long as I don't have to get my hair wet... It really is a great way to start or wind down a great session....

The good: definitely Gene Kelly for Singing in the Rain. I think the song expresses the joys of showers quite well. Nothing better.

The bad: It's one thing to say no. It's another thing to say no as if you've been asked to crawl through a sewer. So my reference to You're So Vain was an inside joke for a few readers. Sorry if it ricocheted....

I think it is perfectly fine to ask about some specific things ahead of time.  As long as you have been screened and the questions are not too sexual in nature.  You're right to be concerned about making someone skittish.  If the questions you ask are too sexual, some ladies will become nervous about seeing you.  It is a touchy subject.  But I think asking if she might be into taking a shower with you when you arrive is fine.  IMO anyway.  I prefer knowing ahead of time myself.  That way I wear less makeup and don't curl my hair...etc.  I can answer the door in a towel, strip you down to being naked, start giving you a blow job and then bring you into the shower with me.  We can finish in there and then get ready for round two afterwards.  Sound good to you?  You and I should do just that the next time we see each other Ren'man.  ;)

"Next time". Hmmm.  *Scratches head and begins to ponder*

Well, I could start repeating my way back through my list and see who hauls me into the shower, or you could PM me and I'll pretend I don't know your alias.  ;)
