Hobbyists: What are your thoughts on a girl with enhancements done? What enhancement do you particularly like/dislike? Any opinions?

Ladies: Have you gone for any surgeries? Whether as small as a nose job or as much as a full body and face make over, what was your experience?  

 
I hate to say it, but the one thing I simply dread is my nose. I would love to make it appear smaller, while still the same general shape (its just so big). But after watching 'Botched' enough times, I'm far too afraid to go into any operating rooms. Thoughts?

If you feel good about yourself, then others will feel the same.

That said, I've seen some great PS results, and others that I would say...not so much.

Don't cheap out, get the best there is

You asked for opinions so here is mine.

Skip the nose job. You look fine. If you really want to enhance your appearance, get in better shape. You are young and your body will respond better to a reasoned weight loss approach than older women.

You seem to have all the makings of a good, possibly great body. No need for risky surgeries to get sculpted. Eat right, work out and take good care of yourself.  

You will feel better, possibly add years to your life while increasing your look and reviews here and earning more money.

Sounds like win/win/win/win/win to me.

She was so attractive including her too big nose She got it beautifully done and her face became ordinary and her career ended.
I have seen your pictures and you have a truly beautiful face. My fear is what can happen: The charming actress who starred in when Sally Met Harry and I think Sleepless in Seattle or the female co star of Friends: They both went from charmingly attractive to ....well not attractive at all.  
My friend Mr. Fisher is as usual absolutely right: do it for you and only for you, but beware, things can turn out badly.  I have a dear friend who lost his hairs at a young age.  He became quite rich and has had a lot of work done including a clearly un-natural hair line.  Now his son is a handsome bald younger man and my friend looks freaky.
As to enhancements: my wife is a tall sim graceful lady with small lovely breasts, she still in her almost sixties looks great naked, no droops.
Incidentally, the single plastic surgery procedure that has the absolutely highest level of satisfaction among patients is ........breast reduction surgery.

If you are seriously considering any type of cosmetic surgery, do lots and lots of homework.  There are multiple sites, forums, and message boards out there for that.  

Don't worry about any opinion but your own.  For facial cosmetic surgery, if it's done right, it will be undetectable.  

As to the nose job?  I've known quite a few women who've gotten rhinoplasty.  I can't think of a single one of them who were happy with their initial results.  They all went back at least one more time.  This may not be normal, but then again, neither were most of these ladies I knew lol.

beautiful in her own way.  Most need nothing but their natural selves to enhance that beauty.  No matter the shape or size of that one particular body part that may prompt a lady to consider cosmetic surgery, am betting there are a ton of men who appreciate her just as she is.

Sadly, we humans are unable to see ourselves as clearly as others and this may have something to do with why many women consider the "change."

But as so articulately intimated here, if it is something you absolutely want to do and think it would make YOU happy.........then by all means..........

I literally looked up the before and after of whom you are speaking of, and I am actually slightly impressed- the bigger nosed dirty girl was much more charming than the "plain" girl she became

I suppose my nose makes me who I am, is a part of my "look"

Not to mention, I can make it wiggle like a bunny, if I get surgery I may not be able to that anymore... And then that would have been a waste of all of those nights in the mirror as a pre-teen looking like a deranged chipmunk. So, yea.

The sexiest trait for anyone (man or woman) is comfort in his/her own skin.  

If a provider feels she needs to augment herself in order to feel truly sexy, then that's her prerogative. But the sexier she feels, the more confidence she exudes and, as a result, the more attractive she'll be.

My preference is au naturel, but everybody has their own quirks and hang-ups. Judge not lest ye be judged, etc.

I belong to the subset of men who find bigger noses very sexy, and yours is not really that big...I've seen bigger that are still very beautiful...

I'm all for enhancements when they're well done and proportional...

I myself will be in a position in about a year or two to consider plastic surgery of my own...I will have lost 200 pounds by summer and I'm considering tucks on my upper arms, abdomen, and upper thighs...time will tell...

You look good to me, Brittney...make sure you're happy with you before you decide to make any changes...

till I understood true value of a woman - ability to have orgasms on nipples ( haha yes that is as well true value  seems like that ) and LOOKS  and  

and  the best way of keeping yourself is fitness and men and many orgasms Not a surgeries.

I am sure I am in the minority based on what most of the ladies look like, but from my perspective:

Leave the lips alone--nothing wrong with what God gave you

The breasts may need a little pump, but if you need two hands then you have too much.

Spend the money on a trainer and a gym and get a great ass!

I absolutely LOVE being flat chested. My tits never get in the way.

I received a text message last night, not sure who it was, but they felt the need to tell me like I didn't already know "you have no tits"  

Noooo, Really? I didn't know that!

I didn't put B as my cup size, dear god I'm a A/B36 lol. As are a little Tight Bs give me a chest gap. And that's if I even WEAR a bra lol (Which I very much don't wear them under my clothes unless I feel the need to, and I usually wear bombshell bras if that's the case.)

I enjoy being flat chested, many men love members of the itty bitty titty committee and when I look at my body, I no longer feel upset about much of anything.

 
I also love how everyone says "lose weight" When (I can actually pull up a link of this) 2-3 years ago I was posted as "Kylie" and I was a size 15. 15, guys. That's 200+lbs. I'm 120lbs now, a size 3/4. I've been doing it through diets and laziness- after I'm at that goal weight I have of a surprising 115lbs, I will start toning up. But I am not pushing my body with a diet & exercise regime & let me tell you my doctor loves me for sticking to his ridiculous diet ideas. (Red meat only for a week had to be a favorite when I was running low on protein)

I hate that Kirsten Stewert & Cameron Diaz got implants.. What's the big deal with a flat chest? Why can't you be happy with titties that don't get in the way of everything?
