What would I do?

Hopefully I would never get HIV.  I do have health insurance so at least I would be okay for treatment.

I would hope I would be out of the business before I ever got it.  If I decided to stay in the business anyway, I would try a new approach.

Instead of saying "STD free" I would advertise "HIV positive".  In fact I would tout "LA's ONLY RECOGNIZED HIV POSITIVE PROVIDER!!!  HAVE FUN AND STAY ETHICAL AND HONEST."

I would still practice safe sex because I have heard that HIV has different strands and it can be dangerous to transmit it back and forth.  By letting people know up front, I would never have to endanger someone who did not consent.  Of course I would have to post my bad news.

I could get all the sexually deprived people who have HIV as customers.  Unfortunately, I presume most of those people might have very little money and very little energy for sex.  Then again if you have good insurance, you are rich, and you get HIV,  you may just be the type of customer I would want.

I have heard that some girls who get HIV switch to Massage and they just do handjobs.

There are a lot of sick people out there who would give you HIV without even a second thought,  so just pretend we all have it and act accordingly.

For the most part, I think "sex work" has so many different versions of services that even an HIV person could work safely and honestly.

I don't know how often you test yourself for HIV.  I do that every 3 months since I am pretty active in this hobby.  "IF" you tested positive, what will you do?  Providers, would you still be providing if you find yourself HIV positive?  Hobbyists, would you still be playing if you find yourself HIV positive?  I know this is a very touchy subject, but I wonder what would people do.

Since I am pretty active I test myself every other month to make sure that I do not only have the HIV virus but other possible STD’s. I do a DNA/PCR HIV test, which has been said to be one of the most accurate out there.

If I ever had the HIV Virus, the least I would be doing is hobbying but worrying of my health and be very responsible and avoid from spreading it to other innocent women and/or providers.

Finally, if you are truly concerned and/or worried of getting infected practice safe sex by all means including when DATYing and French kissing her.

My .02 if any one cares to read,

Interesting.  At least a couple of hobbyists responded on what I would do if I get tested HIV+.  How come no providers come forward?  I wonder why.

I'm new to all this (3months in the industry) and got tested  near the end of Nov. - CHLAMYDIA,GC DNA,STD,HIV,SYPHILIS and got all my test back which read Negative.

If I were infected which I'm not) I will get out of the industry)

I will not lie and say I don't do bbbj and Fk & Daty@Y just because someone asked the ? and waiting for a reply to see the response.

The real ? is how many of us tell the truth, paper or no paper how do we really know for sure.

I try my best to make sure I do not accept just any clients just for quick and easy cash. I screen my client on an upscale
and personal basic also from the review boards and we know what the reviews say about the provider and the client that posted the review.

Personally I do this part-time. What I make in one wk I can make in one day so money is not an issue me so I can afford to pick and choose.

But who's to say who's safe and who's not safe who's telling  the truth about being tested because they say they are.

I pray every time I'm with a client that I made the right decision in picking and selecting.

Anyone have comments about my comments please email me..

Thank you,
Ruth
