And, there is a difference between manipulation vs. influence, and consciously doing vs. unconsciously doing it. I never try to play mind games to my advantage, and to someone's disadvantage. If you do so, you might get your way in the moment, but it's very likely to come back and bite you in the ass later. I never like to have to use mental energy and thought worrying about such things.

I do it because the greatest psychological manipulation comes from treating the ladies I have met in this business as just that, a lady.  And as my date for the evening--which she is.  I listen to them, and even more I pay attention to their body language.  Most evenings start with dinner, evilly I seek out restaurants with the best decadent chocolate mousse.  I mesmerize them by pulling out their chair, opening the car door, and putting my jacket around their shoulders when it is cold.

It does take extra work and it probably costs me a few dollars more.  So easy any man can do it, but fortunately for me many do not.  In exchange I find I can manipulate them to no end!  They smile almost at my command.  I hypnotically implant subliminal suggestions that they do not remember how to tell time.  They go out of their way to schedule me in the next time I try to see them.  And most of all I deceive them into thinking they are enjoying the evening.

Only I have never done it to see what I can get out of it, or for my own gratification, or for my self-amusement.  I do it because that is the kind of evening I enjoy spending with a lady, and many of those I have met here are the ladies I most enjoy spending them with.
