I knew few ladies that uses them now. I grant that, it's just a marketing tool but if you knew someone that uses the term some of them have a legit reasons?

Someone who is UTR does not advertise (in the conventional way: Eros, CV, ...). To advertise and claim to be UTR is an oxymoron. Jumbo shrimp. Military intelligence. Business ethics. Advertising Non-advertiser.

Are you saying that once you find someone who is UTR, via a private introduction or otherwise, and brags that she is UTR and does not advertise conventionally, is, itself, a form of advertising? "Hay! Look at me! I don't advertise!"  

Can you please restate your question more clearly?

It can be a marketing gimmick if she charges some unsuspecting guy a higher price as a "utr" girl and a lower price under another stage name. I've seen it done.

Sometimes it can work the other way. There have been pornstars that worked under a different name "utr" at a lower price to pay the bills until somebody paid their porn price through an agency.

But, of course, if a gal runs ads everywhere screaming the fact that she is UTR, then that puts the kibosh on all those reasons, doesn't it?

I suppose the OP is trying to make the point that some gals (Though truthfully, I haven't ever seen it.) use the term UTR to try and lure clients who think that by seeing her they will get a gal who is low volume.
