I recently got breast implants and wondered if any other providers out there are active in Taekwondo with theirs. I love to spar (with a chest gard) and would like to continue doing it but would like to get some imput before doing so. Thanks ladies, or gents who know females in this situation!
Just as there are many variations of martial arts techniques, aren't there many (or at least a few) different FDA approved implants out there? Silicone, saline, ... different surgical techniques ... In addition to feedback from here, I hope you'll check with your surgeon for specific and the manufacturer's cover-our-ass-against-being-sued recommendations.
Your bodys is different then theirs, your procedure was probably different then theirs, your surgeon was different then theirs, and implants maybe different then theirs, only your doctor can answer all your questions with accuracy. Doc
He's a board certified plastic surgeon and gave me the green light after 6 weeks as long as I wear the chest guard. Would still like to get some input from other women who are doing it if possible. It's more the drills where we have to take the repetitive hits that I'm curious about...bruising, soreness, etc.
I guess general info is helpful but I would have guessed that performance will depend on many individual factors. Type, technique, SIZE (did you go from an A to a DDD or a B to C), whether or not scar tissue is forming, how much, etc..
And now I'm wondering how your interest in TKD works in the room: "I asked you not to touch me there, hayyyy-YA!" and one more client bites the dust. Or your reviews (got any?): "I had a kick-ass time with Kissmesexy: she kicked my ass, broke my leg and ruptured my spleen. I highly recommend and will repeat in 6-months once I'm out of traction."
LOL No, I am a soft, sensual girly girl in the bedroom who loves to please so no one would ever guess that I do TKD. I went from C to D with silicone inserted under the crease so not a big increase in size at all and they are getting played with more than enough to prevent the scar tissue problem. They are nice and soft. =)
