After reading this, I get the impression Nikki is pretty uptight and if she doesn't want the packages she should just throw them away...

 

Also, this is very, very easy to do. Buy an amazon gift card with cash at your local grocery store, pick an address, sign up for an amazon account with fake everything, pay with your gift card, and send dildos to strangers.

It has something to do with Amazon insisting that a review can only be written if there was a confirmed and shipped order.   This is a well intentioned rule to stop fake reviews.   However, certain suppliers see it as short change to dump their product on an unsuspecting customer and then writing a review as if they were that "customer".   The value of the merchandise being approximately zilch compared to the value of a good review both in terms of placement of your wares on the site and the good reviews.

 
It is making life hell for some victims of this scheme who have no use for the goods, and are fed up having to dispose of it.   The orders are, of course, paid with a non-traceable card, so Amazon can't pin it on anyone.
