If TER and others are shutting down what is going to happen to porn sites like pornhub?

This is why I recommended RetroShare. I'm far from an expert but I really think it could be a huge help if someone started up a community on that platform. Any provider could just start their own with people they trust. Worth looking into. I don't see how it could be taken down as it's open source software but like I said I am no expert. We'd just need to worry about bad apples and LE (but I repeat myself) infiltrating it now and then but again, that happens here so if everyone just shares info and is careful as always... could work. Maybe?

Not just the adult websites.
What about sites that advertise weed sales? It's legal (recreationally) in California, but not Federally.  Most of the advertising listed in California are operating illegally and without licenses. So it stands to reason that those websites would have to be held criminally liable for the content posted on those sites as well.

Protected under the First Amendment , you can not censor art, no matter how uncomfortable they are...been settled a long time ago...

Many genres and searches are now banned. Pornhub was the first to begin censoring content. It won't be the last.

I imagine everything that we took for granted will be changing to some degree.

So far sites that have taken action are doing it voluntarily to avoid issues when the law goes into effect.

It had nothing to do with Fosta or Sesta it had to do with other stuff the court documents are floating on Twitter and it's ironic because several years back BP founder received some award from the same people who shut them down smdh...
