Potential security issue? DateCheck has TER link/login masquaraded

Maybe this has been answered before but I searched for 30 minutes and couldn't find anything. (I obviously haven't used date-check as my main thing even tho I had it for a while)

To duplicate what I'm talking about:

1) Find a provider on Date-Check, click on her profile and click on her TER reviews where it says " - Click for Reviews * "      The * stands for "directly linked to reviews".

2) First it gives me a prompt that says "New Mail".  Why the New Mail prompt??
Looks very buggy at the very least.

3) And then forwards to this URL but the page looks like TER, effectively masquerading it.
http://www.date-check.com/memberarea/ter-reviews.asp

The page looks like TER but if you try to login, the URL still stays the same but doesn't let you actually login.

Considering Date-Check is a well known service, I give them the benefit of the doubt that they are not collecting TER account handles and passwords. However, they can easy collect your login info if they wanted to using this method. Furthermore, this seems to render the login process completely useless under that Fake TER url so what's the point of this.

The only thing I can think of is maybe there was a point in time when Date Check was somehow showing the "juicy details" portion of TER reviews through this method but stopped giving it?

well, I went to date-check while I was logged into TER. Like I have seen before, I got the  "NEW MAIL"  pop-up, but the it changed to a review once I clicked OK

Cuz I saw myself logged out in the tab that has the DateCheck Fake TER URL.
The other "real TER" I was still logged in

No, was already on TER in another window.  Have never been asked to log into TER when clicking for reviews, on Datecheck, or p411 when I did it that way

cuz for it the login status resets and logs back out.

also, does your date-check.com url change to TER url or does it stay as date-check.com url after you click TER review from  within datecheck?

which browser are u using?

From date-check if I click on the TER review tab it has a pop up saying "new mail" I click OK and a new window pops up to taking me to TER. The reviews however are blocked "vip only" I enter my info and can then read the reviews. When I close the TER window and go back to date-check I no longer need to log into TER the next time I click onto the TER review tab unless I close or log out of date-check.
