It's clearly the doctor's fault for not filing a problem report with TER post-surgery!
I have noticed a lot of provider profiles that have the implant question marked "don't know." There may be some guys who don't or can't determine this in a session, but I find it hard to believe so many of us can't. The art of artificial boobs isn't that good yet, though obviously, they have gotten much better.
As a confession to my own behavior, I would tend to steer clear of it and slough out a "Don't Know." It's a safe answer, unless she claims on her website that they are natural when they are obviously not.
So, my question to clients, do you have any reluctance about answering this question truthfully to the best of your determination? And a related question: do you have any doubt about your ability to determine this?
My question to providers: how sensitive are you, really, regarding this subject? And I might also ask, how forgiving of error would you be if he said you had implants and you don't? I'm assuming here that he retracts it.

My new GP recently conducted my breast exam, and he didn't realize that they were augmented. My profile does say that I do have implants, but if a GP can't tell, chances are many other men can't either. Now, saline implants, for the most part are quite obvious. But silicone can be much more difficult to figure out.
Personally, I am very open about it, and it doesn't bother me a bit. There is no way somebody can be very petite or athletic, and still be naturally well endowed. It just doesn't work that way. But if I was all nautral, it may bother me to have other thinking I had work done when I hadn't.
So, in answer to your question, some profiles may read 'don't know' because the lady claims to be all natural, but a gent may not think she is (and obviously doesn't want to claim something he isn't sure of), the gent may really not know, and perhaps he didn't think to ask. Remember, the profile is made up by the first visitor, and unless somebody submits a problem report, it will remain the same.
The following statement
There is no way somebody can be very petite or athletic, and still be naturally well endowed. It just doesn't work that way
Is not at all true. If it is, then why is my sister a perky 36DD? Most people ask her all the time if they're implants since since they don't sag and I am only a 34B. I am 125 pounds, she is 111 5'3" like me.
I also have a provider friend who is a 34D and she's 4'9" 105 lbs.
%'3, 111lbs and a 36DD, I'd love to meet your sister!!! I'm 6'1" so 4'9" is really difficult for me to deal with.(when your nose to nose her toes are in it and when your toes to toes her nose is in it) I mean I like to kiss in Missionary.
I know what you meant. I'm your friend's size. 34D, 110lbs, and a little over 5 feet. You could tell my brest were implants by feeling of them, but I guess if a guy were to think about it. It would be pretty easy to figure out.
Yes implants could really fool you these days. I have seen some gals have virtually almost natural looking breasts. Apparently these also some new substances used in Europe that look totally natural. It looks more natural and undetectable when it is in proportion to body size. But if you want to look like SEXY Pamala Anderson and have her size it's more likely will look not as natural. WE should get what we want then enjoy
I used to have the saline (and the appearance was quite good, though they were definately unnaturally hard). Switched to silicone a few months ago, and I love them. Identical consistency to my natural tissue, no scar, and fortunately no scar tissue. I wish I had gone that route the first time around!
I had the opportunity to spend several days with them in Maui a few years back on a business junket where she accompanied me, and my co-workers were all jealous of me for over a year.
There was one time where I thought her tits were real, and they were enhanced. However, then I didn't feel them very deep. Also, I hadn't been aware until that time of how much the state of the art had progressed.
In a more recent experience, I was with a provider, and it didn't even occur to me till several days after the session that she had to have been enhanced. I had to remember feeling pretty deep before it even became a question, but by that time the turn on was so deep the question was moot anyway.

I would rather have a moderatly saggy small breast than a big enhanced one. They really do not feel real.
I have never met an enhanced breast I couldn't recognize, especially after the clothes came off. I have never seen a provider who wasn't "natural", and it there would have to be a real specific draw for me to do so. My last relationship ended with her getting enhanced breasts being the straw that broke the camel's back.
A woman having to have huge breasts when nothing is wrong with hers is pretty shallow.
Not liking fake boobs is not at all shallow.
Neither I nor VD said anything about "shallow". It is simply personal preference, and as I indicated, if there was a provider I really wanted to see, I would overlook it, but it would have to be a strong pull for me, as I so strongly prefer natural.
Some could say that deviating from natural is the only meter for shallow here, but I won't take that tack. It is a woman's choice. I just prefer natural...every time.
As for my relationship, there were many other issues, but when you are with a woman for nine years and appreciate her body the way I did, it can be a huge issue to adjust to (no pun intended), and it was. She went from being a high B/low C to being a serious D, and the feel was totally different. I couldn't even look at them for a couple of weeks. Yes, I was attached to her natural breasts, but if you are a non-smoker and all the sudden your GF smokes every time you are in bed, you might consider leaving as well.
I assumed there were other issues involved in your break up with your GF. I know you see yourself as a sensative kind of guy here (which is a good thing as some of us here are "pigs", at least speaking for myself) but that is why I was completely surprised by your post. The way you posted it, it sounded as if you simply left her because she got her boobs enlarged. Sounds more like a "failure to communicate" a la "Cool Hand Luke."
It is one thing not to like fake boobs and there is absolutely nothing wrong with thinking that way. But I think it is another thing altogether to jetison a GF simply because she got herself some fake boobs. And that, I feel, would have been as equally superficial.

As I said in my original post, it was the "straw that broke the camel's back"...which means there was a lot of other baggage already there, and it belonged to both of us. For the record, she was the one who officially called it "over", but the enhancement issue was where I knew that I had lost interest...which was probably an indication that it was too dependent on our physical relationship at that point anyway.
I would never drop a relationship "only" because the woman wanted to get her breasts enhanced. However, it is impossible for me to see myself becoming involved with a woman who had them (I would date a smoker first), and if I still wanted to be involved with a woman who decided she wanted them, it would take some serious work to help me get past it. My last relationship didn't have the fuel left for that type of work by the time she decided to do it.

Some of my favorite providers also smoke cigars with me afterwards. In fact one of them not only smokes cigars, but her fake boobs are smokin' hot! Am I now supposed to pitch them because of their nasty habit(s)?

you and I will never see the same providers, and I don't care whether you pitch them or not. I just would never be interested in y'all...especially as you are an alias.
Mr. PC SD
Does the "Mr. PC SD" have anything to do with "politically correct"?
If I was forced to choose between a non-smoker with fake boobs & a smoker with real ones, I would choose the fake ones. I like to suck on tits, real or not; I don't like to suck face with an ashtray.
Whatever trips your trigger.
Sometimes the TER profiles are incorrect about breast implants; either the first reviwer couldn't tell the difference, or the lady went on later to have breast surgery and no one bothered to change the profile.
So, how do you nake sure the provider will be natural--do you ask her ahead of time? Have certain ladies declined to answer because the question may be too graphic for them (i.e. worried about LE)?
More power to her and KUDOS to her doctor!!

Once I dated a guy for several months. I assumed he knew I had implants although the subject never came up.
Then when something came on TV about breast augmentation, I happened to say something about mine. His jaw dropped to the floor, as he never had any idea. LOL.
I wouldn't have any reluctance in truthfully answering this question to the best of my determination. Before reading this thread I had no doubt in my ability to determine this after feeling a woman's breasts. I don't now and never have claimed to be able to tell by sight. However, after reading this thread, I see the suggestion here that some of the silicon implants may fool the touch test. So it's possible I might think someone's breasts are all natural when in fact they have implants. But I doubt a lady would be offended by an error that way.
I'm no doctor, but its my understanding that any time something foreign is implanted in the body, scar tissue forms around it and thus you get firmer than normal breasts on enhanced women. I still don't see how that doesn't happen with silicon implants. I prefer natural breasts, but I've never turned down enhanced breasts. It's all good. ![]()
I like natural ones, fake ones just don't look or feel right.
I like little natural boobs , large real ones are ok, big fake ones, sorry, a turn off for me.
Mine are fake and I don't think they look hard or feel hard.

I know I can tell, real is softer than fake.
It's sort of a single case issue. I have enjoyed some fake titties and they CAN be difficult to discern. But most are obviuos and not attractive to the guys who dislike them.
A lot of guys don't care. I'd say most by long shot given the pics I see of SPs and PSs
This is not a diss to you opersonally at all.
When you say that most are obvious, you must be referring to the cheaper, easier to come by Lee Press-On-Titties, aka Bolt-ons.
The more expensive implants are difficult to detect. Cheap ones, done by a non-gifted surgeon, can usually be detected.
Me too! and my profile says that mine are fake!!! and they arent'!!! do you all think that has stopped people from calling me? Is this a deal breaker for those of you who hate fake ones? Can someone change this on my profile?!?!?
My ATF changed her profile talk to a moderator, its possible.
If its a close choice between two I would go with natural ones.
Wife wants bigger ones, but hers are a perfict firm full A cup, no sag whatsoever. Since she is tiny it suits her well. I told her don't mess with a nice pair of what nature gave you in exchange for a fake supersize.
Big tits may catch you eye, but I far prefer small ones to fondle and suck on.
Its all about preference, some guys like big butts, me I like little firm butts. Some guys like huge tits, I like litle ones. I have had girlfriends with up to Double D cups.
Size isn't everthing. Sometimes bite size is better than super size.
Zin, I'm not an expert with women on any level, so I have no apprehensions about acknowledging either my intelligence or lack thereof on any female-related topic. I wouldn't have known an implant if it hit me in the face several years ago. However, I have become more versed in being able to tell the difference visually (presuming the woman is nude; it's a lot more difficult for me to tell clothed). It is with this better awareness now that has swayed me decidedly in the favor of the natural woman. Although many women has nice enhancements, there are a lot that just don't look right, especially those with implants that look like basketballs.
The jury is still out on my ability to tell by touch if I don't already know ahead of time.
If I were shown a set of tits and was quizzed as to whether they were real or fake, I'd have no problem saying, "I have no friggin' clue" if I have no friggin' clue.
