...as we'd left my place, went to dinner, then a play in downtown LA. As we were driving back to my place (about a 40 minute trip), she asked me to raise the divider between us and the driver. A very nice dessert that lasted about 25 minutes and served as a precursor to what she had in mind for the rest of the evening.

They raunchier strip clubs (NOT the higher end Flashdancers, Private Eyes, etc.) sometimes provided a service where you could take a dancer on a tour -- or do I mean a tour on a dancer? -- in the company limo.  

I guess incall or outcall would actually depend who is providing the limo. The escort or the client?
I have seen threads on the Vegas board about limo dates.

have leather seats instead of cloth?  Rubbing a little jizz into the leather is going give it a nice shine for the next customer, but on cloth, its only going to look like a stain. Makes sense to me.  

Back in my "casino days"  some of the Mississippi Casinos who didn't have planes would sometimes send a limo out to pick me up in Atlanta, usually several of us (at least 5 or 6) would pile in the limo and make a party out of it, but on a few occasions I would go out there with just my GF or a date, and most of the time that it was only two of us, yes of course we would "do it" I mean it is about a five hour drive, what else were we supposed to do for all that time? lol

In my younger days I did that a couple of times with girlfriends but we always did coke too. There is something about sex, coke and limos that seem to go together.

and come to think of it, a few of those times were with hookers, but they weren't hookers I was paying for, this was back when I was barely 20 years old and even then I had a bunch of hooker "friends"  

VERY FUCKING HOT.  Me and my girlfriend in stockings, heels and little black dresses. Dressed up for the evening, headed to dinner and the next thing you know messed up hair, smeared lipstick and our gentleman friend tucking in his shirt as we exited the vehicle. Priceless.
