...out of concern and/or fear.  They're keeping one eye on you and one eye on the 911 button on their cell phone,

glare - to stare with a fiercely or angrily piercing look

Noticing not only do I notice women more and there physical features but it appears as though I exhude some of my own as I now notice and glare at very attractive women and they seem to be tuning into my looks, or perhaps its my ego getting away from me a bit, I feel like I may walk or look with more confidence perhaps, not sure, but I definitely get more looks now, like a male deer in mating season its like testerone is eminating from me.  Thought I'd share, thoughts?

Its the slightly creepy stare as you mentally undress then...

Confidence will get you more looks also you don't look desperate, you also probably don't avoid eye contact. All things that happen when you get laid and laid well. Enjoy it.

They also swoon.  But that is because most of them that still know who John is are almost 90 years old.

I liked that Ed Harris played me in "The Right Stuff" and thought it odd that the producers picked Scott Glenn to play Alan Shepard.

Can you say "engage"?  Or maybe "# 1"?

I like science fiction movies too.

Just because they make eye contact doesn't mean they are into you. Everybody looks at the sideshow freak.

...that's where it's always been. I mean when you felt women did NOT find you attractive, that was "all in your mind." As much as people pay attention to anyone else, most people spot six or seven people a day they feel they would like to meet, find interesting, think might be fun in bed, whatever.

But if you stare at a woman and she notices and glares back at you, she probably just thinks you're weird.

I believe it's confidence. I know for sure that when a woman is confident she is sexy, and a woman who is not confident is not, even if she's pretty.

I never had women in non sexual situations spend as much time and energy with and around me as since I started my hobby. I'll say that I've become a better lover since I started my hobby, and perhaps it's that confidence that women are picking up on.

This hobby has made me much more confident in all kinds of settings - and women do react differently to me.  I only expected to get laid when I started this - but the great experiences I've had with some very smart, sexy, beautiful women, has given me a boost of confidence that has had an effect that I never expected.  A very nice bonus in addition to getting laid.

I'll never forget this one friend from college. He dated one girl the whole four years and lost his V to her. Then he moved to a big city and found a scene where he was apparently a highly-desired type and was bedding ladies left and right. When I saw him a year later, he was more laid back, less anxious, and truly exuded an intangible, "animalistic" quality that definitely wasn't there when we graduated.

. . .it is the male ego's ability to turn ANY perceptible indication of possible interest into a raging (but entirely imaginary) love affair.  It's this quality, and my inability to turn that feeling into anything real, that led me to hobbying.

Good! Smile back and say hello or nice day or something. People like to be acknowledged and we like to talk.

* The essence for success. Literally: the thing(s) that "without which" you get "nothing".

Off topic, but:

Once a guy has achieved an effective LOOK, he also needs a reliable pickup speech. What's the Sine Qua Non of the pickup line or the pickup talk? I have a funny feeling that there's an essence there, too (unaffected by the immediate reality). Anybody know?
