I am considering a return. Having been out for a few years, what information can I give providers to let them know that I am all right? I have reviews on here from when I was involved before but I do not have any current references? Suggestions?

Anyway, you have 6 reviews in the past, and 2 of girls you have met are still active now. you may like to contact those active providers in case you need reference for future hunting. at least those girls can confirm that you are real. ;-p
