I was going to transfer my website to a new hosting company but they won't host it because it's got lewd content. Can someone suggest a website hosting company that won't have a problem with nudity?

As long as you claimed your profile you should have limited VIP which allows you to use the message system. I see you have . If you can not contact TER to help you do this .
Following up on jensen's suggestion: Check out the websites of some other Providers until you find the sort of thing you're looking for, i.e., your_name.ch or my_web_site.nl (ch and nl are non-US domains so they are not subject to US laws or subpoenas). Once you find what you're looking for, look for info about that hosting company (sometimes in fine print at the bottom of the main page). . If you can't find the hosting company, contact the Provider and politely ask her. She might even volunteer extra info, e.g., "I signed up for the basic package but it's missing features X, Y, and Z. I upgraded to Tier 2 and everything is working well. Their tech support is great!"

Re: Why not look for a hosting company in a country where prostitution is legal or at least generally tolerated for independents.
You might look to the one's listed below. At least one will let you select the country location of the servers your site will be installed on.
