I was going to transfer my website to a new hosting company but they won't host it because  it's got lewd content. Can someone suggest a website hosting company  that won't have a problem with nudity?

Following up on jensen's suggestion: Check out the websites of some other Providers until you find the sort of thing you're looking for, i.e., your_name.ch or my_web_site.nl  (ch and nl are non-US domains so they are not subject to US laws or subpoenas). Once you find what you're looking for, look for info about that hosting company (sometimes in fine print at the bottom of the main page).

If you can't find the hosting company, contact the Provider and politely ask her. She might even volunteer extra info, e.g., "I signed up for the basic package but it's missing features X, Y, and Z. I upgraded to Tier 2 and everything is working well. Their tech support is great!"
