Just curious. My scrip says not to exceed 60mg in a 24 hour period. I usually pop 60mg before a date (my pharmacy has them in 20mg pills).  

As always I suggest you speak with your physician, who is familiar with your personal health history and physical condition,  before you modify recommended dosages of any PDE5 inhibitor.  Many physicians consider 100mg the routine daily maximum dosage. Dosages as high as 200mg/QD have been used selectively as salvage therapy for some patients with severe, refractory erectile dysfunction. Talk to your clinician first to see if a total of 100mg in a day is right for you.  

listed on the Pfizer website.  Dosage for any drug that is systemic will vary with a number of factors including body mass.  A guy 250 pounds will generally be prescribed a larger dose than a guy at 150 pounds.  With sildenafil, the initial prescription is usually just a starting point.  You see your doctor again and tell him your results, including side effects, and he may move you up or down depending on your own specific side effects, which can vary substantially from individual to individual.  Asking random members what their own experiences are without knowing if they are the same size and physical condition as you is not likely to provide useful information that can help you make decisions about your own usage.  

So.. the one you take in the morning is no good throughout the day ?  I thought once you take one in the morning, your ding-dong can work on that for the whole day?

If you want one that lasts the whole day, you take cialis instead. It can last up to three days hence the term party drug. I personally prefer sil for partying tho.

I've tried going over at 120mg and it shouldn't cause any issues,but it's not worth it. Past 100mg you barely get any positive effects if any, but side effects get worse.

It's pretty bitter, but Viagra under the tongue delivers more to the system than swallowing the pill.

Also apparently if you take grapefruit juice, that improves delivery in the case of swallowing the V.

Even in my early 20s, I couldn't go twice in one hour with a hooker.. That's too much pressure. On my own, I have been able to achieve the feat.  

That's it.. I knew there was something out there because I have seen the commercials. I just don't pay too much attention to ED stuff just yet because it doesn't concern me at the moment, and I am not in medical / pharmaceutical profession.

First, you are correct about everybody is different, and it takes several uses to determine what works.
Myself, I’m in good physical condition ,   But on bp meds. And others.  If I want to really be able to perform, I take 20mg. Cialis the day before, so it’s in my body and will still be working. Then, an hour before show time, I take 100mg sidalafil. But, because both of these drop bp. I do not take my bp meds that day. This way, my bp does not go below safe levels. And I have enough bp to get fully hard. It works for me, and I can go a couple hours, over and over.  No side effects other than some nasal stuffiness, maybe some back pain.

Just to be clear body weight is not a factor in dosing a PDE5 inhibitor.

While a PDE5 inhibitor are highly effective in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and can modestly lower systemic hypertension, PDE5 inhibitors are not a substitute for anti-hypertensive meds. I strongly urge you to discuss this with your physician.

I had a  DEA license for 40 years, and studied pharmacology with all the med students. I only do this on rare occasions, not for long periods of time. It’s fine.

I suspect your physician would not be as cavalier about skipping anti-hypertensive meds whenever you take ED meds. It's unnecessary and unwise but hey knock yourself out.

My physician learned long ago , that I’m better versed in Pharm than he is. And I know my own body’s physiology much better.
Again missing ONE dose of HCTZ is inconsequential. It sadly happens all too seldom….

More me, any more than 100mg a day does not improve the desired effect or longevity.  It just makes my head pound more.

I misread your title and thought you were asking how many times a guy came while on Viagra… which is more a function of his hydration level and prostrate health than the viagra (which actually can inhibit / delay cumming for some guys).

60-80 mg once pre every date. Nasty side effects, Cialis WORSE. Do not drink when taking !!! I'm 77, ymmv
