Question ladies:  What is the standard/accepted "protocol/expectation" on airfare for a Fly me to you arrangement 2-4 day arrangement?  Is it coach or coach plus at all acceptable say for shorter flights within the US?  What if I am looking at a flying a provider from overseas to the US?  Not trying to be cheap, but sometimes my FF upgrade award travel is does not always match up with desired travel dates.

Many thanks for any insights!  I have a great provider in  mind and I do not want to screw it up with a an insulting offer!

i personally like delta comfort...even though i am only 5'2", those damn seats in coach still are not enough room :( and first class does not seem worth it to me for the price difference

do fly-ins will specify travel class on their website.  Most prefer a minimum of business class in my experience.  On  shorter domestic routes there are usually only two classes, so you round up to first class in those instances.  If its not specified, then its open to negotiation and should be mentioned at the time you make your initial inquiry about dates, rates, etc.  I knew one provider that loved first class so much, she would co-op the upgrade a little with a rate reduction or extra time on a multi-day engagement.

Some ladies actually have a tidbit about this on their website. If not, perhaps ask her preference? I personally feel that first class isn't necessary if I am taking a flight less than 3 hours. I don't like the airplane food and I rarely drink, maybe one if it is an evening flight. I usually get an aisle seat so I can stretch my legs a bit and it's not so bad for the short period of time. It would be nice to have an upgraded seat like Delta comfort or first class for extended flights, from one coast to the other or internationally.

And based on many different things. I spent this entire year "flying" to meet and it was a year I won't forget. Best thing...talk to her silly lol. If you're comfortable flying her from another country you better be able to communicate with her now lol
