What are the typical reasons for a provider vanishing from TER? The person I saw in my area still has her CV ad up, and had 4 good reviews on TER one day, but they were gone the next.

Well, the reviews (or some of them) could've been by her.  It's possible that she broke some other TER rule, or that she asked to have them removed.  The last is not as likely if she still has an ad up, but possible.

I'm sure that there are others too.

Thanks for your reply. I had recognized the reviewers from previous reviews. It could be that she had them taken down due to reviewers giving too much information regarding her location, which I had posted about last week. There were two such reviews and she might have just had it.
