With all those gifts, I would give him another few weeks or so.

When he gets to "stage 4 clinger status", tell him to pm me.

There is no treatment yet available for stage 5 clingers, but the research wing of JD University is working on it.

out of the game, so no cutesy texts to or from ladies.

but i am blessed enough that two different ladies from ter visited me earlier in my recovery bringing me groceries and stopping by to chat.

so i count that as greater affection than a once a year corporate consumer holiday acknowledgment.

getting very antsy tho... my mind and genitals want to play, the rest of my body says slow down cowboy, we're sleeping.

Stopped seeming sweet 3 yrs ago. At some point some things get/seem strange.
I know some guys can take quite a while to warm up to reaching out for an appt but after 5 yrs uhhh (and again that's the ONLY thing he says) .... I dunno.

individually wish anyone happy V day. I still feel awkward contacting someone out of the blue. (I may do this at Christmas or New Years, but still feel weird about it- I never know if they've been busted, if they've entered into a committed relationship, re-committed to the one they're in, or just moved on from this world since I last saw them.)  

But I did wish my lovers a wonderful day on Twitter with a Mandelbrot set pic. :)
