To not listen to people with other perspectives is a myopic way of living.

Everyone is coming from a different angle or perspective, with the experience they have acquired through living.

This group is known for fighting.
The personal infighting broke up the group and any attempts to get it back together
have been broken up---- due to infighting.

fighting isn't the way to make headway

I don't put people on ignore because the ones that would deserve it are like giant hydrogen filled gas bags, easy targets that come crashing down in marvelous flaming wreckage.
