Only had interest in several girls at best. My libido is very bad, don't know how to fix it

is not going to help it.  But since you asked, there is a poultice you can prepare at home that might help, but you need cat feces, a live chicken (at least he's alive in the beginning), a bathtub full of green Jello and an anal syringe.  It doesn't work on everyone, but you can give it a try.  

 
Or . . . . . you can go see a Urologist, and see if you have low-T or some other problem, like morbid obesity, but that might cost a little more, depending on your insurance coverage.  Interestingly, you are another newbie that doesn't know the "Search" button is your friend.  Low Libido has been discussed here about once a year, or more.  There is input from many TER members who have overcome low libido.  We aren't doctors (Well, I practice gynecology as a hobby, and there are a few others I'm aware of) but it's a good place to start to find out what questions to ask the doc.

Being in the top 100 is overrated IMO. A large number of them work their clients to get higher reviews. I have seen a number of them who have reviews only, or at least mostly, from clients who review most of the women they see very high. I have personal experience where I have had providers prior to a session on that list claim they have enough reviews and would prefer I do not review them. This was after they saw my reviews are mixed, because I give honest reviews that can be high or low. They don't want to risk it. Twice now I cancelled seeing a lady because she asked this before confirming a session. In one case, the provider didn't ask me to not review her until after the session. Ironically, she was fantastic and I told her not to worry because she earned a high review anyway. This doesn't mean she has not manipulated other clients. If you scrutinize their reviews, you will find holes and questions.

I look at the top 100 regularly! I have seen 19 girls on the list! Several of those girls are in my rotation! I like to compare ranking to price and look for value!  In LA I can see a super hot top 5 girl for $800! If I go into the 20’s, I can get down to $500-$600 for a great session! I see one girl in the 30’s for below $400. Yes some girls are artificially propped up, but you can see that by looking at reviews and the reviewer’s other reviews. The list is useful, and I do discover the occasional provider I was not aware of, who makes my to do list!

Providers that accumulate the required 20 reviews with very high scores to qualify for the top 100 in a short period of time are usually "buying" the reviews with substantial service discounts.  Then they only have to get one review every 3 months to stay there.

You were one of the few.

In your case is that because you do not have the VIP to access or do not see the value enough to purchase ?
I feel a larger % of providers are paying then clients as they see the value at least to them and also do not get the days for reviews real or fake.

More local top 100 lists slide down much faster than the overall one. Very few in the LA top 100 make the overall top 100 list. By the end, you have ladies in the 7s. Some cities actually don't even list 100 because they don't have nearly the footprint a city like LA has.

 
I have seen multiple ladies in the LA top 10, and even more as you slide down the list. I have seen others due to less activity that don't show up on the list any longer who were top 10. It's still very important to analyze their reviews. Just being on the list alone doesn't mean they are what you might hope. But like any providers on TER, if you do your research well there are gems.

What you are saying is at least partly true.
But after being in a smaller market for a long timecan also say that a hot provider , with a reasonable rate , that looks like her pictures can languish on Tyst .  
Then have one or two respected reviewers post and then getting the clients and reviews is not an issue.
What one does see is that with the advertising the dance card gets filled the rates increase more than slightly.
