Was wondering just how risky BBJ and DATY are.  For providers - what precautions do you take?  Regular antibiotics?  Something else?

For regular hobbiests - have you had bad experiences?

I'm thinking these would not be offered if the risk were very high, but I may be totally wrong.  The news stories of "Spitzer's wife should be tested because he wanted BBJ" have me spooked.
