I contacted a well reviewed provider - I am quite sure she is legitimate. However, in her very first e-mail to me, she requested a complete description of me including height, facial hair, etc. I have been hobbying for over 1 year and this is the first time a provider wanted this kind of information.

It would be pretty easy for anyone with that information to spot me entering a hotel. Despite the fact that I am sure this provider is legitimate, I am paranoid about giving the info out.

Anyone out there have a similar experience?

ladies may have preferances.  I sure don't want to see a lady only to find I remind her of ex--  or an axe murderer she happens to have met previously.  
Then again, I've met ladies who wanted to know the description of my car or my coat so she could see me approaching her location.  
I don't see an issue.  A 6'2 white guy with a beard entering a hotel does not break any law I'm aware of.

Some ladies have preferences about factors that you consider appearance factors.

And don't want to post the specifics - look at how many posts show up here, with "gents" whining about why providers won't see them because of one factor or another....

for instance, I have been denied kissing and / or daty because of a provider's sensitivity to facial hair before. I'd rather have discussed it and passed on the session given the opportunity....

I have done this before. I like to know who I am going to see is really the at the door. If a guy says he is 6 feet tall with black hair and brown eyes and at the appointed time a 5'6 blonde guy knocks at the door, I won't answer. It's for safety and security as well.

When I ask its just cuz I'm curious not asking as a base to deny you services.

I once met a gentleman for a dinner date at nice restaurant and he was wearing jeans and a tshirt at night. I was wearing an expensive skirt suit set. We looked soo obvious!
