I wish MORE guys would get on TRT and/or enhancing meds. I'd rather spend time DOING things than trying to get 'him' READY to do things, or the start/stop/start/stop of losing an erection a minute after the condom goes on. Don't misunderstand, I LIKE doing the stuff to coax him to life but it'd likely be more gratifying if he was ALL THERE for ALL it.šŸ˜ˆšŸ˜‡

I don't deny it either if asked.

I don't think a gal is doing either herself or the client any favor by asking, as the client may feel put-off by it.   It intrudes upon the fantasy, in a way, and fantasy is a lot of the experience you are selling.

What reason, other than curiosity, would a provider have to want to know in the first place?   Would knowing allow you to make the experience better somehow?

Why wouldn’t it?

If I will have to put in lots of work for the entire duration of the appointment because the individual has a raging hard on the entire time & clearly is focused on a fuck fest prior to entering yes indeed please tell me.

I hate to be at a disadvantage, so at 47 if your using a stamina enhancing drug I would at least, like the opportunity to drink a C4 before poundtown. Sexercise is draining, exhausting, so hopefully šŸ¤ž the provider does not have more appointments after. I see many share the same exact attitude as you.

I greatly appreciate your response. I don’t expect anything less, than the truth. Don’t tell the pillow princess is not flattering. The drug is an upper it keeps you going. Yes. I personally would love to know. Please & thank you! 😊

Proper preparation prevents poor planning.
I love to stay hydrated, so lots of water is needed!

Touring providers have limited resources. If your this guy please take in to consideration the working women’s needs. She’s going to need her energy & hydration. Offer to bring her food, or drink …if you’re going to have her dripping in sweat for the entire appointment it shouldn’t be uncommon courtesy.

There are two things here. One is a drug to help a man stay hard. This alone should not change how long he lasts. It might help him go a second round, but even that isn't a sure thing. If a guy is taking a drug just to get/maintain a hard on, it alone is not making him last longer. So, if he normally cums quickly, he still will. You just may get a second round out of him when he might normally not have it in him. Some guys naturally last longer while some are quiker. If I naturally have great stamina, is that now something you want revealed too?

But onto stamina. A guy may be taking something to last longer, and in some cases that can be mixed in with the errection pill. A guy who can go a whole hour without popping naturally is not likely to use this. Though, you never know. Some guys might want to fuck longer. At some point, us older guys physically get tired. So, me personally, I wouldn't want something that allows me to go too long. I would need breaks lol. It's more likely a guy who pops in 5 minutes or less and wants to last longer so will take this. Maybe a guy who can go 15-20 minutes, wants to double it will too. But we're not talking about it allowing a guy to go hours and hours.

Are you saying you want to drink a C4 because you're used to guys not lasting long, so in some ways you expect it?

If I were to come to see you at my age and your BBJ resulted in a hard stiff and  lasting pole you would not need to be told anything.
Days of natural success by the wayside.

You mean ones that help a man keep an erection or last longer? If so, why would this be important? My initial thought is no. If you mean other drugs, I will ask you to be more specific.

On one hand, I can see why a provider would like to know. I do think if someome takes a large enough dose it will be exhibited well and can be simply observed, but it might be too late to prepare by then.

On the other, I can think of multiple reasons why clients wouldn't want to tell about this :

1. Simple embarrassment. Some people especially younger ones are often embarrassed they have to take these drugs and can't get good hard ons even with sufficient visual/physical stimulation. If they are embarrassed to admit it to a doctor they might be very embarrassed to admit it to a good looking, good service woman.

2. Precisely because the provider might overprepare to the point of taking off menu items she otherwise would have. If your included msog is now off the table because I popped a pill, that doesn't feel great in terms of value.

Tangent story - I was seeing three girls on one day and the last one I lasted a quite long time with. She was frustrated at me not cumming fast so she asked if I have jacked off. To that I replied with the truth - I have seen someone earlier in the day. Didn't even say it was another escort. Could've been a SO. But she got upset, denied me msog and told me to never see anyone on the day I see her. Well OK, I just stopped telling anyone I have seen other ppl. I'd like to be honest but if honesty gets me into such situations they don't need to know about it then. I don't see restaurants getting upset if you dined elsewhere before. Anyway.

Back to the topic, I already mentioned how it doesn't feel good if menu items are taken off. If provider starts to limit when she can see you because she doesnt want a long ground and pound session, this can be detrimental to your schedule too. Not sure how to alleviate this. Many clients already feel bad about taking pills to stay hard, being penalized for it sucks imo. But I also get the provider side. Guys with diamond cutters for dicks who wanna fuck for the whole hour probably aren't their favorite clients.

3. Being afraid of some pushback. This goes along points 1 and 2. If I tell a provider I haven't seen before I'm gonna take pills and I'm not too old, I don't know what to expect. Some clients might be scared to be rejected or treated differently than they otherwise would.

My agency used to say, "If you are paid for an hour, expect to work an hour. If you are paid for a night, expect to work for a night." It’s a straightforward guideline that sets expectations for both providers and clients. And hopefully, if you find yourself in a hotel, you can order a Monster via room service if you need a little boost! As for the personal choices of hobbyists, I believe it's not the provider's business to know if someone is using an enhancing drug. That information falls under personal health details. Here’s the deal: if they don’t ask me about my tizanidine, then I won’t ask them about their Cialis! Everyone has their own health considerations, and respecting that privacy is important in our interactions.

Yes.  Exactly.  It is medical information and no one else's business.  This is not a knock against providers or any individual; it's a rule I apply to anyone and everyone.  My pharmacist asked a question about how frequently I was taking a prescription drug he was filling, and my response, cheerfully, was, "Are you my doctor?"

QB raises a legitimate point, which is distinct from the issue of performance enhancement:  should hobbyists book a multi-hour appointment and expect to pound away for 9 out of every 10 minutes?  I note that some providers these days are stipulating that for a date of (usually) four hours or more, there be a minimum amount of social time outside OR the client pays another X dollars.  Of course, the guys may or may not using enhancers, but the issue is aligning expectations in an era of better living through chemistry.  We should be able to talk about these things forthrightly, or at least through acronyms.  E.G.  "ISO a provider who likes PWES sessions."  = pound without ever stopping

If a guy is not willing to volunteer this info, should gals ask? Either in your booking form or other screening? I’m not sure honestly. Maybe it’s worth including in your screening but maybe optional? P411 includes things like oral hygiene and similar stuff so I personally don’t think it’s a taboo question. For every new gal I meet, I volunteer that ā€œI can cum 2-3 times in the next four hoursā€ and without exception, gals thank me for sharing, says it’s really helpful so I keep sharing. They know I’m not one-and-done. But on the pound-town or fuck-fest question I have no idea how to tackle that. I was with an ATF overnight on Saturday and she shared some of the more ā€˜interesting’ requests she gets and I was astounded, honestly don’t know how you gals navigate the weirdos :)

If it's something you don't like just put on your ad that you don't see guys that take the little blue pills -- just like I've seen some that say they don't want drunks or druggies showing up. Some are fine with both so plenty of niches for everyone.

Way back in the dinosaur era, when I'd call the number in a yellow pages ad (yes--that's how primitive it once was) and ask for 2 girls, I was routinely asked whether I was on coke. My inference was that agencies got these requests from guys who were so coked up they thought they needed 2 women to take on their drug-enhanced hard-ons.  Whatever the reason, I respect that the lady didn't want to walk into a human piledriver situation.

I always show up ready for pound town and i expect my gal to be ready too.

First, I suppose you can always ask. If a provider asked me that question, I'd find it a little strange, but I'd answer honestly. I can imagine some players feeling that, as long as the lady willingly consents to whatever happens in the room (and calls stop when she's ready to stop), why does she need to know what pills I took or didn't take. Maybe she wants to know how much coffee or Red Bull I had as well?

Second, a player's prior reviews should be indicative of their approach. Pills or not, if you believe their reviews, some guys just want to jackhammer for an hour straight.

Third, what information should a player be requiring from a provider in return? Are you on any medication that might affect your performance, that might make you oversensitive or undersensitive during our session, etc.? Maybe this is a slippery slope.

Everyone needs to keep in mind that if a guy is taking performance enhancing drugs he can always just say "no" when asked if he uses them. There would be no way for a lady to tell.

If you're concerned about my stamina,  my VO2 max might interest you.
How would a provider react if the client insisted on real, unblurred, unretouched photos?
Or age (sure some like yourself are honest about that).
Or if you used a lube?

If you can't go the distance with a client it's up to you to set a boundary.

No! A resounding NO!

Age is a f$&cking bitch for all of us! I remember 5-10 years ago (maybe more!) when I was with one of my ATFs and once every handful of sessions I lost my erection. It was bad for both of us! Then I dialed in a small dose of daddy’s little helper ( chewable C), and the problem went away! Now I’m always packing a rocket until the earlier of a hour or a satisfying finish!  I’m confident and the problem rarely presents itself, if ever! I’m always aging, but at least in the sack I can perform like a 40 year old with no regular issues! Does anyone really need to know how I am sustaining my performance?! I think not! The stuff is a miracle drug! It helps me to sustain, but it doesn’t cause me to f$&ck the sh$&t out of my partner!

We are not now that strength which in old days moved Earth and heaven . . .

Perhaps OP's most is really only applicable to the under-50s on this board. I can safely say that at my advanced age, no matter what pill or how much caffeine I have, I'm good for one shot and that won't be after an hour straight of mindless pounding. That was never me to begin with, and it sure ain't hoary-headed me now.

Many of my dates are gentlemen whose age and possibly medical conditions mean that they benefit greatly from Cialis or penile injections. I just assume that those will be onboard or needed in that case.

If a man does not have a diagnosis of ED, and is taking medication off-label with the intent of longer and more rounds? Then it’s beneficial for me to know so that I can set pacing and allocate stamina accordingly.

If I had a really big dick then would probably give you a heads up but alas it is what it is and I think you would leave not having broken a sweat with me babe@

I even encourage the use of Viagra.  I tell gents that I want them to have the best experience possible and I am here for the ride ;)

Tell me or don't tell me.  I don't care

Hugs

Jessie

what's more embarrassing is when after a mediocre performance on my part the lady says "next time you should try Viagra"  and i have to say  i did take some ! LOL

Ouch. Insensitive way to put it. So sorry
