Why I'm asking the question, is, that I went to my Pain Mangement Dr. today and when I saw him in his long lab coat, I started to think about the fantasy.

Normally, I don'get turned on by gentlemen in uniform, but this was an expection.

I would have no problem acting out a fantasy, as long as it was within reason (my definition of reason).  Giving you an exam, pelvic I assume, or even full body one, would be a pleasure, and with a lab coat very erotic.

I would absolutely be willing to act out a fantasy  for a lady.  My sex life has been pretty "vanilla", and I'm  certainly willing to experiment, and would enjoy acting out lady's fantasy.  The only exception would be pain. I"m not into that, so if the fantasy involved pain, I don't think I could do that.  Other than that, bring it on !! lol

Great thread.  The answer is a definite and enthusiastic YES!!!  I love acting out fantasies with women.  If I want providers to play dress up for me (I've had ladies do nurse, school girl and cop), why wouldn't I be willing to indulge a woman's fantasies as well????  Sounds like a great idea.  I think I will ask my ATF next time I see her if she has any similar fantasies and make them come true for her.
