A LMT has invested significant time and money into getting that credential---including extensive training and passing a state mandated medical exam. Depending on where sh/e is practicing, 'providing' any kind of sexual service is grounds for loss of that licence and possibly criminal charges.
I doubt any LMT is going to be surprised, in any way, by a guy getting a woodie. But, I can only imagine how annoying, if not plain embarrassing it must be to have guys on the table asking, hinting, or otherwise, trying to work some 'ploy' to get a HJ. (which is probably common). There is no ploy.
