It is more important that the photos are current but it does make a difference. You should fill out a problem report in addition to bringing it up in her review. Age isn't necessarily a deal breaker for me, but for others it very well could be.

Don't blame it on the lady though as she did not write her profile her first reviewer did. It is our job as hobbyist that use TER to fill out those problem reports when we know of error or out dated information in a ladies profile. (Except for maybe her menu as that could be YMMV.)

Here is a problem with a lot of "hobbyists", they loose perspective.

Yes, every once in a while there is a client that actually is tall, dark, handsome, smart, successful man who could get laid within minutes of walking into any bar on the planet.

But its rare.

Absolute majority would be that lonely dude who is seating at the bar, making awkward conversation or none at all.

Then he discovers the Hobby. OMFG.  All these women who knock themselves over for a chance to spend an hour with him.  Half a dozen of reviews later he actually believes that he is God's Gift To Women.

Another half a dozen of reviews and he starts comparing women to computers, auto shops or restaurants.

Get over yourself.  If none of the reviewers pointed the age discrepancy its kinda obvious that  her age was the least important factor in their encounters.  If her age is THAT important to you, state it in your booking request.  Say "i expect you to be 24 years old and if you are a day older than that I will be walking out."

Ask her for birth certificate, library card, high-school yearbook, but for fucks sake stop bitching!

Here's a story:
For about a 3 year period, I had to go to lots of doctors (over 20) with repeat visits to each. Every visit, I'd get weighed- by an RN or LPN that weighs people all the time. I always aak them to estimate my weight before I step on th scale. Never was anyone within 10%. Never.Some were over 20% off.

S anyone that says they can acurately guess weights needs to go to works for a carnival.

It's all about representing youself. If you fudge your stats so bad that it becomes a misrepresentation, then you suck. But the most important thing is accurate photos- a picture says a thousand words.

I recently posted a thread under my regional ad. It stated that I was disappointed in the 8 new reviewers. Not to get into specific details, but she is a new provider. Anyways, my thread was subjected to the reviewers, and not the provider. As a matter of fact, I gave the provider a 9 in performance, as with her similar ratings.

However, I simply stated that her real posting age is incorrect. I am no idiot, I can tell if a provider is 25 or 34. Let's not kid ourselves. I mean, if a provider is claiming to be 25, she better be 25, and not 34. That is a big difference to some people.

I got a couple of responses back. One response said he saw her and even openly admitted that she may be in her early 30's, and said "so what". Another response was obviously intoxicated by her sexual spell, and his goggles weren't correctly working that day. He said, he is certain that she is 25. That dude needs to self-evaluate himself before making such a definitive claim. I mean, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell if someone is 25 and 34.

My rant continues. My whole thread was to be informative as possible in the reviews. I am always informative in my reviews, and will not leave any details out. Hell, I even got a couple of negative responses saying that I am somehow attacking the provider. First, I never attacked the provider. I didn't even mentioned her name. And my review of her was more than exceptional.

To keep it simple and short. I am not gonna lie in any of my reviews. I state it as how I see it. I will not be influence and intoxicated by a providers sexual prowess, even if she got a 9. If I were lying, hell, I would be lying to myself and to other hobbyist. And, I ain't that kinda guy that likes to lie to myself.  "so what", "does it even makes a difference", hell yes it does. I was expecting to see a provider in her early 20's, not someone in their early 30's.

It is important to keep the profile and review of a provider as accurate as possible. For example, if I bought a new computer, I want it to be new, not refurbished or used. As with reviews, tell the fucking truth, I don't fucking care how wonderful the experience was, if she is in her early 30's, tell the fucking truth, and stop kidding yourself. If you lie, fuck me, you are only lying to yourself. Hell, if I don't bring it up, sooner or later, someone else will. So, thank me now mother fuckers!

If you know the age is wrong on a profile, file a problem report, and report it in your review.

I have seen at least one profile in the past where the age was listed as 18-21 but the profile went back at least 4 years. hmmmm. Was she underaged when she started? I think ter can get in trouble for that. Granted that situation is more rare (though obviously a problem), but most of the age discrepencies are with 30 somethings listed as 20 somehtings, and 40 sometings listed as 30 somethings.

Thats not to say that women older are not hot I just feel like when I am 30 I am going to be a lot differant then I am now!!Hope fully like fine wine I will get better with age.lol

The wide-open, lawless parameters of this "industry" foster a fertile breeding ground for sleight of hand on all sides.  I'm almost positive I've never met a woman whose stated age was correct.  Is that right?  Probably not, but we ALL know the gig and make mental adjustments for it.  One of my (retired)  faves' profile showed her 36-40 when I know she was 46.

It's not right, but you've always hit the option of walking out, and bitching about it is like saying you're going to fill the Grand Canyon one pebble at a time.

5 years not so much, 10 years yes it makes a difference. I don't expect a provider to be the exact age she posts, but sometimes I'm looking for an experience with a certain age group and then it is important. I appreciate the differences between a 20 something and a 40 something but would like to know beforehand.

But some providers can have that information removed from their reviews and they can get their WHITE KNIGHTS to drool all over the boards for them.

Why should ladies feel the need to lie about their age or weight? Guys will fuck them no matter how old or heavy or thin they are. Right guys?

On the one hand, I try not to worry about what others are doing, and instead just focus on my own business.  I believe this the appropriate way to run ALL businesses - whether we are talking about the hobby or not.

On the other hand, in the hobby, I feel like I'm penalized for being honest, and that kind of sucks.  My website, TER profile, drivers license and birth certificate all agree that I'm 41.  I even submitted a problem report to TER to increase my age on my profile as my first reviewer lowballed it (not on purpose).  And yet, I know that many men probably assume I'm really at least 45 because they assume that we all lie about our age.  

Then my annoyance is compounded by the fact that I absolutely could lie about my age, and no one would know -- I DO look much younger than 41 (if anyone who has never met me wants to flame me for saying it, bring it on - there are LOTS of men and women reading this who have met me who will vouch for me on this).  I was carded just last week; I have a 21 year old daughter, and the waitress thought we were sisters.  

So like I said, I'm conflicted.  I'm comfortable being honest about my age, and I know it brings me business - LOTS of men prefer mature providers.  BUT, I also know that some potential clients automatically rule me out based solely on age (or the age they erroneously assume I am) when they may not otherwise if they saw me in person first.  And I do think it's 'unfair' for other providers to lie about their age, but I understand that life is unfair, and I should just pull up my big girl panties and move on.  So that's what I try to do.   But every now and then it still annoys me.

On the age part:  there was a lady in a large city a few years ago.  She had nothing but excellent reviews, and a lot of them.  She advertized herself as in her (upper) 30s and no one griped in their reviews.

Then her real age came out--noticably higher.  Amazing how many guys who had written rave reviews--and seen her multiple times--tripped over each other to retract everything good they had say.  Somehow we were to believe that the great experience they wrote about were all lies--or were their revisionist descriptions the lies.

If she looks like what she showed you, and you had a good time, who should really care what her age/weight/national orrigin/favorite breakfast really is?

A friend of mine who is my age successfully claims to be ten years younger.  Over 100 reviews, and not a person has mentioned it.  Really?!  She looks great, but certainly not 28.  Like other ladies who are honest about our age, sometimes we second guess ourselves... if it's this common and blatant, aren't guys automatically adding 5 years to our posted age?

However if I lied about my age I would probably increase it.  Why? I'm a lady who would rather meet someone who is surprised by how great I look at my age, than to meet someone disappointed that I am my age.

To say that you should add 5 yrs to the posted age of most providers is an over-generalization. Many DO have their real age listed, & just as many do not. While I agree that shaving off 10 years is a bit much, is 2 or 3 years really that big of deal? I use to advertise 3 years younger than I really was, but discovered in the last 2.5 years, that a great many gentlemen actually prefer the older ladies sometimes, & I actually get more business now that I am 31(and advertise as such), than I did when I was 28(but advertising as 25).

Most people guess my age to be younger, sometimes by as much as 5-6 years younger & when I go into the adult "porn" store here in my town, which is 21 & up, I still get carded, lol.

As far as weight, I think some guys just aren't good as guessing, & some ladies just go with what they weighed last time they checked. Some fluctuate a lot, some not much at all. You'd think by looking at recent pics, you could tell if someone is really the 115lbs that they advertise, versus really being 140lbs in person...
