I will be moving to Latin America within the next decade (that sounds like a long timeframe, I know, but I have to finish school and grad school first!), and have done quite a bit of research into the escorting scene in Mexico, D.F. The absolute priciest provider I saw was $300/hour, and she had a model body, her own website with professional photos, and was TRI-lingual (English, Spanish, Italian), and had a graduate degree. The average price seemed to run around $80-150 for an hour. $200/hour for those few providers that had their own websites. And that's full GFE.
Keep in mind that the cities you can command higher rates in will also have a higher cost of living (and traveling). Hotels will cost more, public transportation and food will cost more, everything. But if you're based in NYC, you probably already know that.
Also be aware of local laws and regulations surrounding sex work. Even if it's legal for locals, it might not be for foreigners. Most countries are more lax about sex work than the United States, but some, like the United Arab Emirates, don't even allow non-married couples to have sex, or stay in a hotel room together. Those are CRIMES there. Yeah. Be careful.
The key is finding what websites are used in each country. Eros doesn't exist in Mexico. Zonadivas, a Mexican website, obviously isn't used in Ireland. I've found that World Sex Guide is a good starting point for getting a vibe of the scene from the client perspective. They will often mention what website they used, and what the general rates are. From there, you can go to those websites mentioned and do more research on your own.
Good luck, and stay safe!
