Hi Carolina.
Its just the same as posting a photograph.
As long as you have a photograph or animated gif (like the boxers) somewhere on the WWW, you just add the link to them at the bottom of your message box where it says picture URL.
This can be your own personal website, or somewhere like Photobucket or Flickr etc.
