They can't say zero, because it's theoretically possible (like the roof of the hotel collapsing on you), but the risk is trivial--and if they believed there were any more than a trivial risk of infection, they would NEVER use the phrase "SMALL RISK."  

"Digested" bodily fluids carry no risk of infection. The "minimal" (i.e. trivial) risk is that HIV may be spread from vaginal fluid into open sores in the mouth.
