Time zones

Does anyone know if the times are Eastern, Central, Pacific when a post is made.  The date and time are shown and I'd like to know the time zone.

Seriously, how difficult is it to figure out that TER is on PST?

I live in England, where Greenwich Mean Time is 18:54.

PST is Greenwich minus 8.
