TN for a party thrown by a provider twice.  Actually had visits with local providers while there.  Have to admit, I did not go for any specific provider, but did have wonderful times.  Distance in the neighborhood of 700 miles one way.

Where I live, to see just about anyone, I have to drive between 30 minutes and an hour on the average to see anyone.  Everything is just spread out here.

I once had a client

Fly from Quebec to Houston to see me for a two hour session.  Then immediately after our session, he went to the airport and flew to LA for work.  Then again he said he had a private plane.  Not sure if that makes any difference but it was flattering that he'd go through all that trouble.

Fortunately I live in an area with an abundance of quality ladies. So I rarely actually drive far to see a lady. But I most definitely have found bogus excuses to fly accross the country to spend a little time with a fave or two. This year my tour stops were LA..Chicago & NYC.

.. for a quality non-local provider. Being in a suburb type city , the pickings for local quality is slim.

I just drove an hour to see a lady five cities away in the socal metro area. Before I left , talked with her for a minute. She was European with an accent and didn't speak much. By the time I get there, she texts if it can be an hour later. I say it's ok. I also call. It doesn't sound like the original lady, instead sounds like a much older raspy sounding southern accent madam. An hour later, she(or her madam) texts me If I'm there. I said I'm waiting at the coffee shop just across the street. She texts she's stuck in traffic  and doesn't know when she will arrive. I said Ok I can wait. Thirty minutes later, she says if it's ok two hours from now. I said I have to drive back. This would be 4 to 5 hours waiting and driving time just for this. I still got stuck in some rush hour jams I was hoping to avoid on the way back.

I can wrangle some fun into a business trip...which, by the way, usually requires at least a thousand-mile plane trip....

Which was normally many states away. The furthest I have driven was 3 hours each way.

8 hours driving one way to see another, and 12 hours driving one way to see a third...

Limited local talent and I hate flying...

The 12 hour run was business + pleasure, the others, pleasure only... All worth the drive

You think you travel far?

My Ex-husband internet dates and flew from California to Kentucky, to meet some woman he met on the internet!  When he gets there, she lives in a trailer park with 3 teenage daughters, the 14 year old was pregnant!  She didn't look like her pictures.  Ha, ha!  I crack up every time I think about it!  He had already purchased tickets to the Kentucky Derby for them.  He said, when they went to the Derby, he got dressed up like he would when he goes to Del Mar.  She wore a dirty halter top and tight jeans had a camel toe and  wore flip flops!

He spent more money that weekend, than he did on our wedding and honeymoon.  

The story always cracks me up!  At least with reviews, you guys know what you are getting ahead of time and we wont embarrass you in public.

There was a lady in FL that was moving West and I had to get her off my bucket list. Enjoyed every bit of it and glad I did it. Would I do it again? Probably not. The 8 hour drive time was nerve racking, thinking about accidents, tickets, breakdown....etc., to explain to the Mrs.
I'd do 2 hours one-way in a heartbeat now.

...I live on the East Coast and have a UTR fave on the West Coast.  I flew out there several times over the last few years just to see her.

Then I got an ATF from Down South.  She and I have met all over the country to be tourists and to have our own kind of, um, "funtimes"!  Both the ATF Down South and the West Coast Fave wanted to meet each other!  Earlier this year we did just that!  It was totally f'ing awesome...  ATF and I are going back to the West Coast in January...

West Coast of Florida to Los Angeles on more than one occassion.

Regularly travel two hours each way, as I live in a small city. It makes the excuses for getting away a little more complicated with the SO, but I find its worth it to see a highly-rated lady.

activitiy or two to make the trip a legitimate "time away".  I always thought business trips were invented for hobbying.

I have never hobbied in the town where I live. I've heard of one local provider, but have not gotten around to seeing her.

Every provider I have seen has involved either flying, or driving several hours. Many times I have seen providers while on a business trip, but many more times I have flown or driven somewhere to play golf for a few days and see a provider or two.

Kind of a chicken and egg situation. Do I find a provider I want to see, then check if there are any interesting golf courses in the area? Or do I find an interesting golf course I want to play and then see if there are any good providers in the area? Probably a little bit of both.

The farthest I have traveled to see a provider without taking my golf clubs, or being on a business trip, was from upstate New York to San Diego. As long as the price of an airline ticket is less than the cost of seeing a provider, it kind of makes sense.

Second, the farthest I traveled to see a lady was from NM to NC by plane.

Granted, I was SUPPOSED to be in my little brothers's wedding, I finally ended up at the last hour of the reception, after missing two planes to get there.

Had a date set up, and she and I went along our merry way!

Had a fucking blast. And knowing I didn't approve of the reason why my little brother married the bitch didn't hurt my feelings I missed the whole damn thing.

Made my appearance, which tickled my aunt's who ain't seen my gorgeous ass in so many years, then went to do what the lady and I do.  

About 130 miles, over two hours each way.  I've flown on much further trips to Florida and Vegas where I made appointments to see ladies I knew, but these trips were mini-vacations that involved more than just hobbying.  I've also taken longer road trips to attend M&G's a couple of times...again, more than just seeing one particular lady.

In general, since I live fairly close to NYC, the typical drive is 30 to 60 minutes.

Why travel? There isn't anyone on my must see list.

re: Great distance

I'm pretty far away from "civilization", and must make a 3 or 5 hour drive to see legitimate ladies. To me, though, a 3 - 5 hour drive isn't a great distance. And I never remember the drive home...

For about two years I drove from Boston to South Jersey to see a lady that I originally met while working in Philly once. After a couple of visits while I was down there working I found that I really wanted to see her more than once or twice a year when I happened to be down there...

She is retired right now but if she came back to work I would still be heading down there to see her.
