If you had enough cash even if you out Jack Schitt, Jack Schitt someone would still fuck you for it. But the selection would go down and the price would likely go up as no one likes to be treated with disrespect. When I suggested the meeting with literbike, it was not a grudgematch!  I was suggesting an actual multi-hour session, where each participant went in with the idea of doing their part and then reported back the results for all to compare
