The one who is "flipping" or singing the most in the DD case is the male agency owner. He is helping with both AZ and New Mexico cases. He is helping with the cases against both the guys and the gals. Here two years later he still has NOT be sentenced because he is still working with LE.

Unfortunately, some providers get intimidated by LE and cooperate with them...if arrested they should always ask for a lawyer and keep their mouth shut.
in a recent client sting I am aware of, clients were receiving letters and phone calls inquiring why they had communicated with "known prostitutes" from a group that had been rolled up.
Well guess what? It's not illegal to "communicate" with "known prostitutes". If I had received this call / mail I would have laughed in their face and said nothing. And there would have not been one damn thing they could do about it.
But some guys pissed all down their frontside and were willing to roll on providers they knew in order to escape the threat of a 200 dollar fine and "John school".
Let's summarize:
It is not illegal to meet a lady in a hotel or residence for the purpose of fucking and sucking
It is not illegal to do this anonymously
It is not illegal for there to be an envelope of cash sitting around somewhere
if we follow sound protocols - no mention of sex, sex acts, donations, amounts, the envelope - this leaves damned little for fuzzboy or the DA to use to prosecute a case.
People need to know their rights, and to STFU
I agree 100% on the STFU approach, but I think it is naive to think that using an envelope and keeping your mouth shut guarantees staying out of trouble with the law. It is certainly helpful, but far from foolproof.

The cases mentioned already are high profile agencies... what did they expect? Wear shirts by Target, expect to get shot at! While individuals caught up in a sting are traumatized on a personal level... it starts & ends at the hotel door.
I have nothing to "give up". I'm a nobody-special. I do everything possible to avoid ending up in a room with a LE undercover. If I was... Why would I compound my problems by giving up my user name on this or any other site? Seriously, I have nothing to give them.
If LE wants a TER handle, I'm sure they could register one. This is a public access board. I'm not going to give them mine.
Again, it is the high profile cases LE might find benifit from flipping.

This is only the seond time I have ever posted altho I love to read. I have been an attorney and law professor for 30 years. The last comment is uniformed and foolish. I am not going to spend the next three hours writing why. Whether you are a provider or hobbyist you should have the name of a good local lawyer who specializes in these problems before you get started. Be safe.

Few here would (as the reply I cited) suggested that being arrested is something to dismiss or take carelessly. I do not blame a lawyer for not wasting his energy explaining what is perfectly obivious to all but one here.

most men/hobbyists are not into breaking laws so when they are threatened with losing their job, wife, kids they will and do say anything to help prevent what they believe will happen.
It is true to a point when you see others with their names and addresses in the newspaper or talked about on the 5pm news!
to providers who do not know well then, they should not be in the business without a lawyer behind them.
I have one on retainer for the longest time and the girls that work with me know this.
I am hoping they will know not to say anything if the time ever comes to use him.
I'd rather not though! lol
My advice is have one on retainer, it does not cost much and it is so worth it!
less stressful knowing you have someone on your side and in you corner.

if the girls are in the throws of LE and being battered about emotionally, before they can even get a phone call they are singing like canaries.
Then you need to call the mouthpiece for serious damage control.

Any attorney worth his salt will inform his client to say absolutely nothing if arrested, without calling him/her first.
The old adage "You can't talk your way out of jail, but you can talk your way in" is a true one, and should be required reading for all providers.
