Over the years have you ever had the opportunity or desire to "befriend" a member of the housekeeping staff?  If that was the case has that "friendship" ever evolved into a mentoring situation where you were asked to show her the way into the business?  
A side question, I suppose, have you ever mentored a friend?

once and she did it for 6 months for Christmas money then quit.... but I had to pretty much be like her agency.... and I got worried bout felonies for that.... so never did it again....

Yeah I have. I had a friend who was on BP for two years. Really high volume and was selling herself short. She quit because she burned out. She saw how much I was making with less clients and she became interested in my way. So while I didn't "introduce" her into the business... I did get her off BP for which she was immensely grateful.

How was the transformation of yourself from knowing very little of the game to becoming what you are now as a provider?  Also what did she tell you about the verification process? How did she tell you how to discern if someone was potentially LE? Also what did she tell you about using the hotel internet and where to stay when you are traveling? Finally how long was your internship and how did she organize your curriculum so that it was comprehensive in all the facets you needed to know in terms of being an excellent courtesan?  Also how would you design a program such as this for those who want to move into the upper tiers of the game?

Providers get mentored early in their career's by the first hobbyists that they see. I know that even though a provider may be 18 and sexy looking, she does not have the career experience to provide her the needed skillset to perform a great blowjob. That's why women in their 30s are so good with the hobby (so many years of experience servicing the many hobbyists over the years).

Experience and mentoring make a great provider!

But I just could never bring myself to do it- for the legal reasons mentioned above. Dangerous territory. And it is such a shame- so many women could be much, much safer with the proper introduction.
