And speaking as someone who comes down on the Playboy side of the issue, while I don't necessarily find the vajajay "aversive" I don't really care for graphic pussy pics and I am probably one of the guys being turned off rather than turned on by such ads.

Count me in that group as well.   Since most providers go bare, there it is, right out there for all the world to see.

While I enjoy having a penis, I do not find it an attractive thing to be photographed.

Good news on the female front ... 50% of females find the sight of a penis very arousing.  And another 25% find it pretty arousing.  Only 5% found it very aversive and 7% somewhat aversive.  About 12% didn't care one way or the other.
