Last year beginning around this time, there was a noticeable uptick in newer young providers appearing on the scene in my area. In the past few days, I'm starting to see what could be a repeat of the same seasonal trend. I hope so. We could use some fresh meat around here.

Whether they're genuine college students or not, is it typical for the talent pool to undergo a shakeup in late summer/early fall?
